I'm so happy you enjoyed it! Yes, I think one of the main concepts of doing Zentangling is to bring on a "zen" feeling and get in touch with your creative side, so it can be very relaxing. Kinda like coloring. You should give it a try! No need t spend any money, just grab a good pen (or pencil) a piece of paper and follow the links I gave to get started!

This was relaxing to watch. It reminded me of my younger days of "doodling"! Seeing the shading technique really brings some life into the piece!
