For "Sonic 1: The Next Level," I downloaded the .bin file. I have patched many NES and SNES games, but just recently started messing with Sega and have yet to do so. There are no instructions on how to patch in the link either. (I'm playing on an actual Genesis with a MD Everdrive, if that matters.) I have Lunar IPS and FLIPS already downloaded. Can anybody PLEEEEASE help me?
