OKAY, LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT YASHIRO. This boy is probably my favorite manga character ever. Possibly second, but a very close second. I first met him in Tadayoedo Shizumazu, Saredo Naki mo Sezu. (Yoneda Kou's stories all have a hell of a name, right? What a mouthful for a native English-speaker like me.) His role in Tadayoedo was so heartbreaking, and I read it at just the right time in my life to where it really touched me.
Flash forward a couple of years, and then Saezuru Tori wa Habatakanai comes out, another story featuring him, and this time with new PERFECT love interest Doumeki. Once again, this story came at just the right time in my life to really affect me, and I'm hanging on the updates religiously.
I kind of feel like I've grown with my poor, broken Yashiro. And I really connect to his character, as messed up as he is.
And just dflbkjdfnkjdfs I JUST LOVE HIM AND I LOVE DOUMEKI AND I WANT THEM TO HAVE LOVE AND JUST- igjknlkdsfgnknlkfg.
So this video, honestly, started out as a vent. But then it turned into Yashiro/Doumeki feelings. I know it's got quite a few technical issues, but I just wanted to have a lot of fun editing this, so I'm not gonna spend a whole long time fixing those mistakes. :(

OKAY, I DONT EVEN KNOW WHERE TO START. First of all, these.fucking.mangas. They are so heartbreakingly beautiful and omf I am so with you on Tadayoedo. I started reading them after your beautiful torturous video way back when and omg. AND DONT EVEN GET ME STARTED ON YOUR EDITING. I dont know how you do it but it is so breathtaking and beautiful and your effects and the text and the movements WITH THIS MANGA UHHHHGHGHGASdjkaskljdjasdjasd you are literally perfection i love it ahh okay im done bye
Never in my wildest dreams had I though this video was about THAT Yashiro, so when I clicked and saw the first seconds after the train passed(because I didn't understand what the font said down there) I just leaned on the edge of the chair and quietly(and in an ugly way) sobbed as I watched the video because YASHIRO and because THIS IS SO TOUCHING AND BEAUTIFUL and I don't even... I can't even... I'm just going to come back here everyday and crawl in the hole left by this manga all this time ago.

I'm freaking sure I already commented this video, but not sure enough though. If I did oh well, it doesn't matter, but I wanted to tell you that it totally killed me. I read the first two prequels of this, but I didn't have the courage to read it yet, I know it'll rip my heart off from my chest and just kill me inside as all Yoneda-sensei's works. I simply started to feel sad ,even though as I told you I didn't read it yet, when I started this MMV and the at the end I had the urge to comment it. This is simply awesome,and beautiful. Your editing style catches emotions and puts them off to everyone who watches your videos and omfg everything fits so nicely the song and the concept you wanted to express. The animated scenes are so amazing and everything in this video made me breathless, I don't find words or expression or any sort of phrase to express my feelings and what I felt,but I needed to write this,so thank you for this masterpiece

It took me some time to comment on this, because I have been too completely spellbound by this video to form a coherent sentence, but here comes my jumbled thoughts:

This video is FANTASTIC! The animated manga scenes are perfect - you are the queen of that trade - the music and the atmosphere in the video match each other PERFECTLY and the use of smoke overlays are genius (beware, that idea might be stolen). (to be continued)
