Sherlock tries to appear cold, soulless, emotionless. So he doesn't get hurt. And it hurts. He clearly doesn't deserve everything that's happening to him. Sherlock is an absolute genius, but at the same time he's confused, fixated, broken. vulnerable, naive and lonely. That's an apt description of Sherlock. He's not that strong. No.

my internal lore: sherlock (BBC show) is the younger years of sherlock then it is elementary in his later years when he moves to new york. there are quite a few plot holes but i ignore them.
