Ever since I have been in a leading position at my work place, I try to debunk the phrase ‘Trust has to be earned’! My philosophy is, that trust has to be given! It allows the other person to grow faster even though, it’s more risky for me, to give trust first! Some people have misused my trust in the last 30 years, but that’s their problem, not mine. I can work with people without being suspicious about their intent.
