I have an older lifepo4 energizer power station only has a 144wh battery and a 240 watt inverter and claims to do just 8amps out of the dc. I've found that I can power up a 5kw diesel heater when the battery is fully charged and not when less than about 60 percent. These smaller batteries might be able to hold a higher voltage if you test them fully charged. Thanks for these videos.

Thanks for your video. Since the purchase of the EB3A I´ve been using the unit in intensive mode 40 times. One charge a day in stardard mode from the wall socket and discharge along the day in different appliances (washing machine (cold programm), laptop, mobiles charging, home lightning,...) and I´ve noticed that it is lasting longer to charge from 0% to 100% from the first day. And I guess one day will be time to change the battery pack.
Is it really difficult to build a battery pack for replacement with its BMS as seen in your video? Do we need to use the same BMS?

Your cable from the heater may be too small for the length, and you are suffering voltage drop/sag along that supply for the heater. Try shortening or using a larger gauge cable. My friend had this issue with his and this I found was the problem

this solar input connector / board looks to be common between some brands and is not a sturdy enough in use - over all unit looks well made

I have the all in one, and it works great, but don't expect 5kw out of it, I'll say more like 3.5 at max, I've run mine in the basement, but when it's get really cold, it won't be enough for my needs... And if you try to adjust the fuel ratio to bring up the heat, you gain little, but burn alot more diesel.. I turn it up until I see some smoke, and then dial it back a little to get it to run as hot as possible, but not soot...

Great video! I purchased one of these on Prime Days (Amazon) and would love to use this for portable ham radio ops, but the limit to 10 amps DC also would limit my TX power. While you were in there did you see anywhere to tap off to get 12v but have a greater than 10 amp service? I'd rather not have to drag my 30 amp power supply to run the Yaesu as that wouldn't be very portable. 😉

You have to use the DC barrel plug and regulate the voltage and amperage to what it indicates for the MPPT charge regulator in the unit. I've seen DIY lithium ion add on battery packs, I'd prefer a LiFePo4 instead of a Li-on battery pack for a back-up. For the solar then you have to have a MPPT solar charge regulator to run your solar to the battery pack to keep the whole thing charged.
