This could be built off grid in Cochise county Arizona where you have the opportunity to opt out of most zoning/building codes. There are quite a few of these being built. Check out Tiny Shiny Home and My Little Homestead. The brick open dome and the last 3 bedroom arch home are my favorites.

I'm an Ameri CAN. There for I could move an electric box in a super adobe. It's a pain having to move one in drywall also. But my man nothing is impossible unless you believe it is.
