I have been binge watching your videos the last few days. It’s so reassuring seeing someone else who isn’t a “penny pincher”, we have completely different lives lol but your content is so relatable. Cheers from Saskatchewan!

Yay so glad you found me! And so glad you are enjoying my videos. Hahaha I’m definitely not 😂 I’m all about enjoying my money too. Hello to Saskatchewan 👋🏼 I wish I could say I’ve been before, but unfortunately have not! Maybe one day. All the best 💕

Loved watching this!! I appreciate how relatable you are because as a spender myself, I have gone over my “wants” budget for both january and february LOL

So glad to hear it 💕 hahaha I am the same! It’s okay to be over budget sometimes, as long as we can rain it in and not be over budget EVERY month 😂

Microneedling in the US for 3 sessions is around $2500 or more! Its pricey but hopefully they do for less! Getting on tretnoin is more cost effective.

Oh lord I hope mine is cheaper 😭 I have been wanting it for years and have some savings for it, but WOW wasn't expecting that number. Maybe I'll get a quote. Thank you so much for the info! 💕

I know!! For some reason beauty treatment services seem to never give quotes! And they can be so expensive.
Agreed, I think that you can budget for anything you enjoy! I hope you will be able to budget in more money for beauty treatments soon 💕

How do you always invest over 1k if your expenses and bills are about 4200 and your income is 5140 not including the tax refund and bonus?

Hi!! Good question, typically it is because I have sinking funds I save in for some typical month to month expenses I have and I can tap into those to cover my credit card bill. This month I had a roll over from the beginning of the year, so I will have another paycheck to work with before my credit cards are due. But it’s definitely not sustainable without tapping into my sinking funds. I never pull money out of my investments tho

Love your resets!!! keep up the budgeting videos, I love your insights. I’m from NZ, so the saving schemes we have here are a bit different - it’s cool to see how you save vs invest 🫶🏼👏

Oh dear, I think the level of spending on credit cards and lack of a rigorous budget is going to really impact on your ability to control your spending and build wealth. I think you would find Dave Ramsey’s advice and experience very helpful.

Hi Rita! Thank you for your comment. I can clear that up a bit, I love Ramsey solutions shows and I watch a lot of their teams content. I disagree with their strong opinions on credit cards for myself, because I am able to utilize their benefits without paying a cent of interest. I’ve been budgeting, saving, and investing for years so I have a very comfortable cushion of sinking funds and investments where I can be more lenient with my budget. I invest 30% of my income and it’s my main financial goal. But otherwise I like to enjoy my money and not be so disciplined since I don’t need to be at this time in my life. But I understand your concern without that context! I agree it’s not sustainable to spend like this all the time.
