Americans join Filipino Festival and Boat Parade in Loay Bohol Philippines! Street dancing & food!

- Episode 79: Fluvial Boat parade in the Philippines with street dancing and mascarade ball all in one day!
We got an invite from one of Dagans fishing group (Bo-Ang) Bohol Anglers club to come to Loay City to attend thier annual Fiesta!
We started the journey by stopping at one of the local Knife and stell makers shops in Loay to see how the legends work! We cannot wait to come back and buy a new knife for Dagans Chef Kit.
The boat parade was wild with decorated boats of all shapes and sizes as well as giant decorations and music! The Philippines Coast Gaurd station Laoy invited us on to the Flagship vessal for the parade and we we so blessed!
After the boat parade we went into Loay City Proper to see the rest of the festivities and enjoy the food and drink throughout the show!
@a.k.a_tank and his Wife were there with us and we were blessed to listen to @SweetnotesMusic20 for the main show at the end of the night! What an awesome experience and such a Legendary day!

Almost all Filipino festivals are religious in nature....They just change the name for secular purposes. Like "Sinulog Festival", that's the feast of Child Jesus. The fluvial parade usually dedicated for the saint and thanksgiving for a good harvest.

War is inevitable. I have been to war. I studied at university War and world history... everyone is in these conflicts. The world is too connected to be single effect and causality.
Im a Pilipino ,but i dont like the way of selling/displaying the bolo outside in open ground, its so danger, scarefull and fearsome. Maybe the authority or government will manages that kind of business, You dont know somebody will get and... you know what i mean. Its a deadly weapon.
depends on on where and what kind of invironment you lived. in Bohol particularly in Loay is peaceful, crime is very low. maybe in your place the display of this agricultural tools are dangerous. don't generalize your place as representative of the Philippines.
