Great video but who's this
Now this is my style monster truck! Love that paint job!
Who’s this guy ???
That's Dean. He's been apart of RC driver for a long time
She sure is a ripper!!!
Truggy. The only monster truck thing about it are the wheels and tires.
NICE. TEKNO #1. BUT STILL. YOUR LOOKING AT MORE THAN $700 BASHER THATS ONLY 1/10 SCALE 🤔🤔
Yea for sure 440 for a kit that not only needs electronics but wheels tires and body... that's a stretch and honestly I didn't see anything in this video that a arrma granite wouldn't hold up to either for a whole lot less cool truck thou but failing to see the value beyond the tekno name
@@maxeriousbrooks9807 😉 AND I LOVE TEKNO. BUT YA…🤙🤙
This is on 3s?
Yes! The Castle Electronics can easily handle 4S
Seen recently they greatly lowered pricing on this and a few more 2.0 so is there already a 2.2 coming? Seems that’s a strong rumour
Thats a awesome truck ❤
I change pinion all the time, just see how far I can push it lol. Until m2c or someone makes a better motor mount I can't see this being a great basher. I wish they would have just update the original
Be prepared for the front bumper spring to break instantly!
Stuffing the spring with foam usually helps.
Mmmmmmmm udder butter.......
Where can i buy this tires?
I’m impressed with the durability for sure, but money adds up quick, I think there are better choices out there.
Like what? This is for the guy who wants to build and doesn't want a Traxxas or Arrma.
Teckno's quality is miles above anything in the same class, you will spend much more to get a traxxas or arrma to have the same quality and reliability.
@@tjkj-om9oithat’s true but I’d argue the new Stampede 4x4 vxl is pretty refined and definitely tough and in the same class. I think it can take just as much of a beating without many upgrades
@@longboardguy I haven't had a traxxas RC in over 30 years, the nitro hawk was my first hobby grade RC. I also will never buy one again, they are extremely shady as a company and are extremely sue happy for no reason. I believe they even sued HBO over there HBO Max service because it had "max" in the name, they have sued other companies and won over the word "max". So I can not comment or refer to anything they make in the actual RC world.
@@tjkj-om9oi yes they have questionable practices. I don’t own any Traxxas except for the Xmaxx. I do like that truck it’s large and fun to drive. And it’s fairly robust. I’m thinking I might pick up one of these Tekno MT410 2.0 for some backyard fun as it’s the right size for that. I think I’d keep my electronics budget friendly though. I do like to build and paint my own cars! I never had the old mt410.3 but I did want one for the longest time.
I bet the plastic shock piston broke, the machined delrin optional ones are way stronger.
After taking the shock apart it was the shock shaft. Cant believe it bent with how thick they are!
