Just found out about this incredible machine. I would be willing to pay even $1000 to buy this although it retails at $700. I've fallen in love with it!

Lake Country still needs a "Mini" UDOS!! Hopefully that's in development now! In fact, you don't even need to re-engineer it, just make the exact same machine, just miniaturize it! It would be BRILLIANT! Of course, to be competitive it would probably need to be able to accommodate 1", 2", and 3" backing plates like all the other higher end mini machines out there.

I agree. I think the challenge for detailers is more on getting to tight spots and contours.

My biggest complaint on all DAs are pad stall especially with contours useing foam pads, I wished I would have originally bought forced rotation machines, I almost never use my nano due to lack of power when not using it in rotary setup. Same complaint with my other rupes machines, they can barely rotate there white pad on softer or sticky paint with just polisher weight.

There are a lot of myths surrounding the notion of pad stalling, something we deep dive into on our training courses. Pads work by rubbing across a surface / friction / abrasion. If the pad rotation slows or even stops, does it stop orbiting?
