Glad to know lynch makes a clip for this. This has the same clip as the 0920 and the lynch clip transformed that knife for me

So what’s the problem?
Once ZT’s hit that $300 price point I start thinking I could save a little more and get a hinderer.
It's $240 right now at a lot of stores for a ZT sale. Still don't think it's worth it.

Better than a hindered IMHO. Those knifes are overpriced and offer nothing over the 308. The 308 is beast and the action is awesome
Yes 3 way battle, I just received my CF elite presidio today and I love it
Mine also has a very strong detent. Though the stock pocket clip works fine, I replaced it with a deep carry 3 hole MXG Benchmade clip. I note, ZT highlights the pocket clip hole pattern is common. I also note, ZT used a steel liner under the G10 scale, which seems common in ZT knives.
ZT 0308 vs. AD10. I have an AD10 and it's a favorite of mine. Nice review of a beautiful over built tactical folder.
Mine had a very heavy detent when new, it actually made my finger sore. But it has softened up very nicely. I had to take note in how I was holding the knife when opening it tho. Right out of the box, even the slightest pressure on the lock bar from my middle and ring fingers would make it nearly impossible to get past the detent. The harder I pushed on the flipper, the more pressure I'd be putting on the lock bar. Took me a few minutes to figure out what I was doing wrong, since then it's been smooth sailing. Still a heavy detent but nothing like it was when new.

I'm a bit late on here. I love my 0308. I got the tiger stripe one back in March, and plan on getting the stone wash one soon. I did put a deep cary mxg gear clip on mine.

That weird slot is off putting to me. Just looks like you want to pull the pivot backwards to unlock it. Can’t see any purpose for it and it just becomes visually distracting to my eye.

After watching Super Steel Steve's videos, it seems 20cv is not worth the asking price - especially if coming from ZT/Kershaw. However, I do like the look of the knife.
Love the video. Only problem is that you judged carriability it in the pocket with wranglers.
Now I have carried this knife in many pants and shorts. It worked fine in some, not so fine in others. However, do you really think most people who buy this will be wearing wranglers?
Just like pocket knifes are all different, so are the pockets they are slipped into. $20 wranglers might not be the best medium to show carriability for a $300 knife. I’m not saying more expensive skinny jeans work better, because that obviously don’t. However, I have pants that don’t carry this well, and pants that it works fine with.

Just got mine today. I mostly bought it so I will have the whole 300 line. The knife is great. Don't care for that color on this knife but I won't change it.. The peep hole was put there so it wouldn't be so plain Jane in my opinion.
I love the blade design. This knife has a different feel to it then the other three hundreds I have. Over all I'm glad I bought it.. The blade opens with very little effort and almost falls closed and that's not bad strait out of the box. My knives are for just looking at. I Have more then thirty nice knives and never used any of them. My wife says I need therapy.
They are definitely not going for the EDC market with that one. Looks kinda old school ZT, except for the V pivot.
The Hole, if the Bearing was to accumulate foreign debris, do you think with a spray cleaner, one could flush it out without having to disassemble the knife ? Just a thought, please let me know what you think of that theory.
Compressed air would probably do it unless it was truly nasty stuff.
Why would people reject $300 for g10. Hinderer does that all the time and people pay even more than $300 for one side to be g10

Yep. People gobble up Hinderers and they are constructed exactly like this. I think that’s just where the knife market is these days. Price is just high for most popular brands.

This knife could've been better, mill out the titanium and slap carbon fiber on the other side or go full ti and go crazy with milling to save weight and maybe the price point would be fair but given the materials and lack of weight saving features I'd wait for the price to drop a little.

I like it ... I don't like it enough to pay 300-dollars though, especially considering what mfg's like We & Reate offer in that same price range. Would have preferred a revival of the original 302 instead. This is *not* a knife Gibbs would carry! :-) Looks like they borrowed that pivot hole design from CRKT too.
To be fair, this is a USA made knife which usually adds a premium and I personally like buying USA made to support my own country. But I agree WE and Reate are making nice stuff. I own a couple knives made by Reate and they are top notch.
A tough knife with exposed bearings and an internal stop pin? I appreciate ZT trying, but they're still having trouble tapping their roots.

I would be happier with that price if the front scale were Micarta instead of g-10. OD green would have been delicious...
USA made blade is now offering these with micarta scales. OD green included 👍🏻

Hmmm the 308 or a 360? Frame-lock vs liner-lock. 20cv vs S30V (easier to sharpen). Manual vs assisted. One 2x the cost (308)....similar dimensins....in blade and handle....Hmm...
308 almost $600 CDN to get a knife with a big chuck of 20cv...Kershaw Link 20cv for less than half the cost w/ Alu scales...not a smal blade...hmmm...

I own this knife. I can tell you that the detent absolutely sucks.
Also, the pocket clip is complete garbage. I would have expected better than that for the $300.00 I paid. Other than that, everything is fine.

Not one review of the knife in use, it's starting to look like an expensive paperweight! The knife is marketed as a hard use folder and no one has been shown using the knife???? Lol
Wanted the 0301, now they made this except in this butt ugly color, or pay a lot more for a nice color
They're a ripoff company now
