if i want the edges of the triangle to be a little smoother could i do a forward-backward / backward-forward knot on the outside base strings? edit: never mind, found the answer in the comments :) if you're wondering the same the answer is yes!
Totally trying this out on my next alpha bracelete!! This looks so much less time consuming than the other way (although i love how both ways look). Tysm love how helpful your channel is!
Thank you so much for what you do here, for your clarity and patience in demonstrating how to make these gorgeous little works of art!!! I absolutely love being able to make the things I can make, but I only learned how to do so well with these because of your instruction!
of course, an updated triangle ends for alphas comes right after i start the pumpkin alpha with the old version (which made it curl A LOT) still gonna use this technique for my next alpha :)
I love this new technique so much!!!! I'll make sure to use it next time, if u don't mind me asking what technique did u use to make the bracelet to straight? I've tried looking for techniques for alpha bracelets but only find normal patterns, I love ur straight edge for normal patterns and it has tremendously improved my normal bracelets and would love to do the same to my alpha. Other than that I love ur videos!!!!!
I’m new to your channel and I love all your content. 🥰 I would love to see a tutorial on this bracelet, I am obsessed with the moon, this would be amazing. 😍 I love your technique and voice! Favorite crafts youtuber. (-:
Okay am I having a deja vu or have you made this tutorial before XDD edit: I see you saying in the comments that it's a different technique than the one before but I can't tell the difference? What is it?
you would do a forward knot on the first clump of strings, then do a forward knot on the single string you leave in the middle (cuz it’s an odd number) and then you do another forward nots onto the second (right clump) of strings.
Wouldn't the coverage on the sides of the triangle start (and end) be better if you did forward-backward and backward-forward knots instead of just forward and backward knots?
I have a question. If i already started my alpha, without any starting technique (no triangle ends, no loops, no nothing) Can i still make triangle ends at the beginning of my bracelet?
I know this comment is old, but yes you can! You can go back to the start and untie a few knots from the beginning, insert a new leading string and do a triangle end.
I know you probably don’t want to hear my negativity but I keep trying this bracelet beginning and I keep failing big time, I don’t know if it’s cause I just wasn’t mean to do alphas or because I’m bad at them or something? What I’m saying is, what do you think I could do to make it work
I have a question. I've done this technique before but when ever I do the triangle end to finish my bracelet I get gaps along the edges. I tend to use black as my background color, and white as my base because I have plenty of it. Is this gaping normal with this technique or am I doing something wrong?
I’m brand new to triangle ends. I understand this video perfectly but I’m ending up with a problem where the bottom of the triangle ends up looking like a U. I can’t make it flat enough to where the rest of the bracelet is aligned. How do I fix this? The pattern I’m using is 40 strings. Not sure if that makes a difference.
I needed this video a few weeks ago when I attempted to do a 24 string bracelet but the beginning always came out ugly so I experimented and again I messed up
I got so confused I thought you kept changing strings bc the color kept changing, until I realized it was an ombre/gradient type 😭 maybe you can disclose at the beginning of the video
you probably get hundreds of comments daily but i'm having trouble starting a 9 string alpha bracelet with a teardrop loop, and i want it to be a part of the bracelet and not just a out of place loop and then triangle end beginning. anyway i cannot find a video with my situation and if you can do a little demonstration? it's a simple pattern i'm just having trouble getting a teardrop loop in BB pattern#: 21401
This is such a big coincidence like I see that pattern and I'm like wait a minute isn't that the pattern I'm working on right now? Yes yes it is 🤣😂
I'm so excited to try this method!! I tried the other method and it made my bracelet curl massively, but this just looks like a neat little triangle
i thought you already posted the same thing but actually, i like this method better. it looks cleaner in my opinion :-)
love you masha!
I think so too!
if i want the edges of the triangle to be a little smoother could i do a forward-backward / backward-forward knot on the outside base strings?
edit: never mind, found the answer in the comments :) if you're wondering the same the answer is yes!
I don’t do alphas or triangle ends but watching cuz I love your videos 💙
Today I learned how to read patterns!!!! Thanks to you! UwU
Woo!
Masha Knots oh hey!!! Thanks so much for replying 😊
UwU
Thank you again for linking my moon phase pattern! I'm excited to use this on my alpha bracelets! ✨🌙🍂
The pattern is so pretty 🤩
Marsha Kntos you’re the BEST friendship bracelet channel on earth!!! This was SO helpful and you always explain everything so well😍
This method looks a lot better than your original way
🥰🥰🥰 love these videos
this one looks like its way smaller and cuter than the other way ahaha
This is definitely much better than your last triangle ends video. No bump down the back :) wonderful, Masha
Yep! I didn’t like the bump either, that’s what prompted me to search for another technique
Totally trying this out on my next alpha bracelete!! This looks so much less time consuming than the other way (although i love how both ways look). Tysm love how helpful your channel is!
i'm working on the monthly challenge one! my first alpha and i'm almost done!! i think alphas are easier to do than regular bracelets
Thank you so much for what you do here, for your clarity and patience in demonstrating how to make these gorgeous little works of art!!! I absolutely love being able to make the things I can make, but I only learned how to do so well with these because of your instruction!

Clara Lawson Same! Although my pumpkin one looks terrible so far so I’m probably going to restart
thank u so much masha i’ve been trying to do triangle ends for a while but could never figure them out !!
I love this technique! it looks so nice
this method is so cool i love how clean it turns out!
Omg I'm early!!! btw I love the vid im subed!! your vids are the best!!! Love you!
Thank you for giving me a new power!!!!
I heard “for the ends you would do the exact same thing” and I did it like you would do the start and I had to undo a bunch of knots 😭😭
so did I 😢
yea same thats how i fucked up my alpha last year. 🤣 i didnt undo it tho i just left it
Wow! This is awesome! I think I like this way a little better than the other one, but all your videos are soooooooo awesome! Thank you sooo much!
I'm confused if I have an odd number of strings, I know to leave one in the middle but do I forward knot onto that one in the beginning? Or omit it?
You have to do a forward knot over the one in the middle when you start . Dose that help?
Just do knots onto the string like you do on the individual ones if you know what i mean (sorry my english isnt the best)
Watching her video while making another bracelet😂
When doing the straight edges technique would the same backwards forward forward back knots apply at the edges
Yep!
I've always wanted a tutorial for this
I did it! Thank you so much, it was very helpful :)
Wait so you show how to start it but not how to do the ends?
This is so helpful!! Thank you Masha!
Love your vids
Great video!
I like this method better than the original that you 😁👍
Do you have a video on how you made the bracelet you used?
I love this new technique so much!!!! I'll make sure to use it next time, if u don't mind me asking what technique did u use to make the bracelet to straight? I've tried looking for techniques for alpha bracelets but only find normal patterns, I love ur straight edge for normal patterns and it has tremendously improved my normal bracelets and would love to do the same to my alpha. Other than that I love ur videos!!!!!
You just need to do forward-backward knots on the right edge and backward-forward knots on the left edge and it should become straight. :)
I can't wait to use it
Thank you ♥️💜😍 i really need this 😘😘😘
I’m new to your channel and I love all your content.
What is it?
With this technique you have the single strings in the middle, with the other one the single strings were at the edges
very amazing and also very helpful :D
i don’t understand what you mean when you say if you have an odd number of strings do it on the first row . pls explain
you would do a forward knot on the first clump of strings, then do a forward knot on the single string you leave in the middle (cuz it’s an odd number) and then you do another forward nots onto the second (right clump) of strings.
Thank you🌹
And you
do u remember me? I’m early again :)
but i have a question how do i braid the ends as that?
What if it's a vertical wave bracelet?
I just watched the old one
Wouldn't the coverage on the sides of the triangle start (and end) be better if you did forward-backward and backward-forward knots instead of just forward and backward knots?
Can you do the stitch loop and then do the triangle end I really wanna try it but am not sure if it will work
Can you use the straight edge method for alphas on the alphas triangle ends
yeah, i do it all the time
Thank you, always, but the graduated color on the lead string made this tutorial a bit confusing at first
How do this work with the straight edges technique? Do you do forward-backward knots, instead of a forward, and then a backward?
can you make another more in depth method for the regular bracelets because I cant figure out how to read the pattern?
Do you ever do this with the straight edges technique?
I have a question. If i already started my alpha, without any starting technique (no triangle ends, no loops, no nothing) Can i still make triangle ends at the beginning of my bracelet?
I know this comment is old, but yes you can! You can go back to the start and untie a few knots from the beginning, insert a new leading string and do a triangle end.
Do you tend to use the straight edge in alphas technique for your alpha triangles?
Usually, yeah

Buenísimo
Gracias
How would I do a triangle end with a checkered alpha bracelet 🥺
do we use the straight edges technique here?
does your leading string count as one of the 8 on the left?
I needed this video a few weeks ago when I attempted to do a 24 string bracelet but the beginning always came out ugly so I experimented and again I messed up
but what do we do with the middle do we add it to the other side
why on the one that you started the ends have those bumps and on the moon one it’s all straight??
I did bf/fb knots on the edges for the moon
what’s the pattern for the moon ? i love it
Where did u get the color shifting yarn
I got so confused I thought you kept changing strings bc the color kept changing, until I realized it was an ombre/gradient type 😭 maybe you can disclose at the beginning of the video
That’s a really good point! I’ll avoid multicoloured strings in future tutorials
but when you make the first two knots. Do you also have to knot the one you left one the middle?
Did you know the answer?
you probably get hundreds of comments daily but i'm having trouble starting a 9 string alpha bracelet with a teardrop loop, and i want it to be a part of the bracelet and not just a out of place loop and then triangle end beginning. anyway i cannot find a video with my situation and if you can do a little demonstration? it's a simple pattern i'm just having trouble getting a teardrop loop in
BB pattern#: 21401
first!!!!
I've watched videos on how to read patterns but I still don't understand :/
So early
Wait, don't you already have a tutorial on this
@Taylor Gasvoda she does have another one for alphas but this is just a more explained one, ty
@Taylor Gasvoda no prob
I do! This is a different technique though
Omg how did the blue background string just turn black at the end ??
Just kidding ;)
ohai
Didn't she already make one of these videos??????
My Test Kitchen
she did. but this is an updated version
thank you!! *\(^o^)/*
Ho I hope you like my comment
4 hours late only! : )
