lered.info/215... check out the new Lincon MP 215i
In this video I make a concept I conjured up few month back... I need a place for towels and spray bottle!!! I alway think it should be near the trash can so I made a trash can caddy!
Thank you

Get a welder. Change your life.

Agreed! I bought my first welder at 57 and have a ton of fun in my garage making stuff.
Jimmy the scammers have showed up soliciting people to text them to win daily prizes
I like how over the years that I've been watching Diresta create things he has gone from spray painting his name on everything to having his name become an unremovable portion of his builds. But the lack of black spray paint on this build does concern me!
Gotta keep that clean up station high visibility! Love it!
Kinda missed his blackening fluid + polyurethane spray combo as well.
It just screams narcissist douche'.
Now I want a Lincon welder AND a plasma cutter. That is one awesome trash can caddy. Put them in production asap!
Why would you want his name on your trash can 🗑 ? Lol 🤣
@@allenwilson9656 Why wouldn’t you?
Haha thank you brother 😃
I was just thinking the same thing! Lol
@@allenwilson9656 because it's Diresta, nuff said 👍😁
Yeah.. now that you've seen it; It's easy to say, "wait, I can build that' -- and make your personal changes to it, and now it's like you are standing on the shoulders of giants, and stepping off of the Boat onto the dock so easily, and there's your project, already at the destination and finished. It's really a thoughtful way of thinking things through that gets you here. It's such a different way of approaching things when you come from a makers perspective. But once you've seen it, it's like a key to a door that opens up your imagination to think of what else can I improve so quickly and easily like this.
Elegant solution to the trash problem. Well done.
Awesome design!
RevB - mount for floor broom and handbroom/dust pan 😁
Love the red 👍
Would be a great, marketable product for wood and metal fabrication shops.
How stunningly useful, turning what is an awkward messy job into an ergonomic marvel, everything needed to hand & the whole thing easily moved to where it is needed & then back to where it is out of the way. Brilliant, thank you for sharing!
Great work Jimmy! You should market that DiResta utility garbage caddy! 👍👍😉😉
That little welder does everything! Excellent build as always.
super great👍 your way of working and your skills are married💥
I like it. Seems super practical for any shop, more so in a massive shop.
You are without a doubt a very creative inspiring personality. I really enjoy your work.
I was looking out for the Buddha head lol. Awesome job Jimmy 👍 the way your mind works is incredible.
What an incredible design! Now, it's got me thinking about what I could do in my shop! Thanks Jimmy. Another great project!
Jimmy is literally the only person I know that can work in a shop in Birkenstocks that wouldn’t be laughed off the job site. Incredible… that’s it, I’m gonna show up in flip flops and take my chances!
This is so badass :p
Good luck. They’ll call you a Brooklyn hipster and they’ll smell the fear you have. Diresta has no fear.
Great Build! Thanks for the email last night with the heads up on 6-Piece Screwdriver Set. Ordered it last night.
🙏🏼🙏🏼👊🏼
The red really sets that off, great project. I also hopefully have a set of screwdrivers in the email soon.
Sweet fab project and new multi use welder! I love the new screwdriver set, keep the drops coming!
It would be really neat if you could make a mechanism to open the lid for you like those old oily rag trash cans!
Nice work Jimmy!
Jimmy really is one of the great inventors of our time.
Andy Klein is that person 🙌🏼
@@jimmydiresta thanks. Just subbed to him.
Jimmy - I can't live without one of those - and I mean that from the bottom of my heart.
Jimmy that is such a great idea! I can’t believe I never thought of that before.
Awww, look, Little Jimmy has got a shine box!😂
Hello mister Jimmy Diresta beautifully done good job well done
That is slick! Its the little things that lead to a better organized and efficient shop.
Great work , I learned and that's the measure of a GOOD Teacher.
If you stuck a push broom in it it would look like the Street Cleaners of the 1920. Stay well Taylor , Willie and you my brother
There's another type of broom?
"I want to upgrade my garbage can" classic Diresta! Thanks for tips, the bent up tabs as part of the base cut. Nice.
Absolutely love it. There is no shop that would not be proud to have one of these in it.
I received my screwdriver set and just wanted to thank you. It’s an honor to own them, thanks
Terrific build, as always. Please do a vid on your awesome welding table.
Come to think of it, this is a really good idea. Thanks for posting. Thumbs up!
Super neat and much more convenient, glad to see there's a new place to dump milkshakes in 😇
Exactly my thoughts! 👊
😝😝😝😝
Jimmy, you gotta be the first one to have an organized trash can!! Thanks for the inspiration🤗😎😎🤗
Always a pleasure to see how a Millionaire plays with his toys 😂😂😂😂.
Can't wait for next weekend. Peace and Love from Texas 💘
Fantastic all in one!!!! 🤘🏼💀🤘🏼💀
Great fab'. Perhaps, on V2, plasma cut a shoulder on the verticals and slots in the base plate..? A section for pan and brush would be dead handy too.
So many functions in one place!
👍😊Ottimo lavoro. Ciao grazie per il video
Excellent projet et très belle réussite. Félicitations.
Great idea and design.
I know this is trash can caddy 1.0, so I'd like to suggest a place for dustpan and brush for your next version. Or maybe make a rack for the dustpan and brush to hang on the rim of the can like your paper towel dispenser. My only other suggestion for an upgrade is something to secure the lid from wind or varmints. Sending lots of love 💖 from sunny 🌞 Arizona 🌵. 😷
Very clever👍👍 Thanks for the video
I love that you put your name on everything. My goal in life is to end up with half as much stuff as you with my name on it.
Love the budda head, been following making it podcast, raybans look awesome. Greetings from Argentina
Jimmy, I love how your brain works. Beautiful efficient work brother.
Yeah.. now that you've seen it; It's easy to say, "wait, I can build that' -- and make your personal changes to it, and now it's like you are standing on the shoulders of giants, and stepping off of the Boat onto the dock so easily, and there's your project, already at the destination and finished. Congrats on the new tool / toy. Hopefully you get great use out of the welder and the trash can cuddle for many years to come my friend. Can't wait to see more videos soon. Keep up the great craftsmanship and hard work my friend. Forge On. Fab on. Weld On. Keep Making. God bless.
Excelente tutorial maestro, un trabajo impecable, muy original y peculiar, no creo que haya otro igual, gracias por compartir tanta información y conocimientos, un saludo cordial y por supuesto un gran like desde Narón (Galicia)🔝
Fantastic build, bud. I'm sure you've already thought of it for v2, but possibly a holder for a dust bin/broom?
🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼
Came here to say this. Those would be a definite addition to V.2 for me.
THIS. V1 is good- but adding a broom/pan on V2 would complete the ensemble!
Haha AWESOME. Totally awesome!
Well done, bravo!
Ameriblade 2x72 grinders are awesome! I've got mine mounted on a concrete filled steel 4x4 and its super solid, almost no vibration!
You can count me as another of your dyslexic viewers who saw “Candy” before I clicked! Well done as always, Jimmy. And Buddha is looking good too. Shows you really know how to get ahead. Scott
Fantastic work, Jimmy! Really brilliant design!!! 😃
Stay safe there with your family! 🖖😊
Holy cow, this is AMAZING. Now if only I can convince my uncle he needs one so I can build him a caddy... With wood or metal.
Hey Jimmy, how about a video on the "Caddy" in the background whenever you get a chance?
I'd daily drive that thing all summer. Definitely has some cargo space...lol.
Top unit you knocked together. Thanks for the video 👍🇦🇺
I love it! Great job!
Very cool brother fantastic idea. Ide like to see this made of different materials and how it could be different models
Love and respect..
This is great! I hope no-one throws a milkshake in it!😂
Design Suggestion - To avoid the wood catch modification to the trash can lid, design a pocket catch on the back.
Actually, I like the wood catch as you don't have to hang it on the handle of the cart. You can hang it anywhere on the rim of the can as well. Making a rack for the lid means you can't use the rack with a larger lid in the future, whereas the wood catch fits any size lid. Sending lots of love 💖 from sunny 🌞 Arizona 🌵. 😷
Brilliant idea, nice job Jimmy!
Love the red!
I need to get a metal trash can, I remember you talking about this on the podcast and you made a good point about trash fires and being able to put them out with a lid.
Great build & video!
Love that M1 spary!
Nice try lol
This is a real masterpiece!!
Cool project 👍💫👍
Put some of those rollerblade wheels on there and it’ll be silent. I put rollerblade wheels on my trashcan roller… *chefs kiss*
Cool project.
IMO needs a broom and a shovel holder since majority of the stuff you'll be cleaning in the shop is the floors and thats usually done with a brush and a shovel. this is an epic build might build one myself :p
Very Nice Jimmy
You really took that garbage can to a whole nother level!
Brilliant !
Now that’s damn AWESOME! 👍
I had an old S.A.M. mig that needed a new liner. I left it at my exwifes place when I moved out as I did not have room for much when I left. I figured at the time the cheap inverter fluxcore/mig welders would be a suitable replacement if I needed one in the future. I was wrong. Wish I still had that welder.
Some door edge trim from the auto pars store on the bottom two plates might prevent blood of you walked into it. Either way it's pretty sweet little shop luxury.
So good he named it twice!
Nothing like Montana gold spray paint 🎨
It's missing a milkshake at the bottom of the bin. Lovely job Jimmy!
Now you can fill the can with half finished milkshakes/coffees and still easily roll it around!
this is amazing jimmy! love to see it.
Nice idea! I'd love to have one of these.
i love this video .. thanks jimmy ciao
Very Cool!
Good idea SLICK
Slot and Phillips screwdrivers ... you forgot Robertson (square) Jimmy .... for your Canadian fans! :P
Nice work!
Very sweet. Rubbermaid can't touch it.
Niice little welder! That plasma cutter is an incredible machine too - make just about anything possible! Thank you for sharing, Jimmy!
Great video. Such a useful design/product. Now I'll have to make one. Mahalo for sharing! : )
Nice Build !
Awesome!
That's money right there. I'd buy in a heartbeat
I have to say that trash can dolly is a great idea I’ll take one please
Got that Fireball Tool table.. looking pretty nice
Wonderful idea good video buddy
Always creative, even in trash.
I like that thing!
:47 - OK... I'm good. I see you have a place for TP. 😂
