The fact that you cut out the BS and get straight to the point is my favorite thing about your videos. I always have to fast forward videos to get to the first “business idea” because the UA-camr says “stay till the end.. this great idea.. you’ll love these ideas” for the first five minutes!

It's not easy to find new ideas and solutions that can be valuable and make money (even build a business), so this is a great video for aspiring entrepreneurs. I’ve been trying to grow my portfolio of $260K for sometime now, my major challenge is not knowing the best entry and exit strategies... I would greatly appreciate any suggestions.

Fortunately, I had a college economics teacher that taught me a lesson at 18. That lesson was: for every huge, frivoluos purchase you make, you need to have an investment double it's worth, this doesn't necessarily mean you should always invest when you make a purchase, it simply means living within your means. Varied sources of income is wise and especially like i said, living within your means. Whenever you're about to make a huge, dumb purchase that doesn't add value think about taxes and how you get your income. I made $272k combined net last year and paid no Federal taxes thanks to my CFA James Fletcher Brennan

One problem if you don’t have the licensing for some of the stuff that you’re talking about you can’t do it. I mean you have to have a CDL plus a commercial business license to do you have a trucking business. In places like Los Angeles city ordinances don’t allow you to operate Christmas tree farms. Also, you have to have a contractors license to build that office building that you’re talking about. What I would’ve talked about is business ideas that you could do that you don’t need a high school diploma for, or a license to operate, because that’s more applicable to more people. Because would you mentioned on this list is something that most people are not gonna be able to do as a business idea.

Nobody can become financially successful overnight. They put in background work but we tend to see the finished part. Fear is a dangerous component, hindering us from taking bold steps we need in other to reach our goals. you have to contend with inflation, recession, decisions from the Feds and all. You forgot to mention the best way to make easy money. Start a UA-cam channel and list out a bunch of random ideas with no real world experience...then collect the ad revenue from a million people that won't have things like money in the first place to lend to people in hopes of collecting interest. Or starting a junk yard business...because that's no quick and easy job.

Interior Designer is not a side hustle ! You will run into so much trouble and legal issues if not done properly. People have gone to jail for doing it wrong.
You can definitely do interior decor which is different than interior design.

Pretty sure you need to have a dealers license to go to an auto auction ...at least in ohio but there are other auctions you can sometimes get cheap vehicles

Recessions are part of the economic cycle, all you can do is make sure you're prepared and plan accordingly. I graduated into a recession (2009). My 1st job after college was aerial acrobat on cruise ships. Today I'm a VP at a global company, own 3 rental properties, invest in stocks and biz, built my own business, and have my net worth increase by $500k in the last 4 years.

You need a Financial Advisor my friend so you don't get ripped off in the market. They provide personalized advice to individuals based on their risk appetite, placing them among the best of the best. There are bad ones, but some with good track records can be very good.

I agree with you totally, Yes they can be positively impactful to an individual's portfolio. I started with a trust Financial Adviser named “DELLA MORLEY PRATHER”. She is verifiable. Her approach is transparent, allowing full ownership and control of my portfolio with very reasonable fees relative to my portfolio earnings.

She covers things like investing, insurance, making sure retirement is well funded and looking at ways to have a volatility buffer for investment risk, lots of things like that. You can take a look at her full name on the internet. She is renowned. So it shouldn't be difficult to find her official webpage.

That was a great video. I just started 'vanlife' last may. Up until about 2 months ago I worked a regular job in Las Vegas. I just moved to San Diego and am at least planning on a year here. I have been applying to jobs and most likely will work a day job here, but your video gets the wheels turning. I'd love to be able to do a job online or make money online somehow. I also love your idea of a campground. Theres a town outside of Las Vegas called Pahrump and the land is so cheap. hmmmm. Now you really got me thinking. Thanks again Nate, always enjoy your videos and your style of delivery.

This is what AI thinks about your video: "Wow, this video is a goldmine of innovative business ideas for 2023! I'm blown away by the range of opportunities presented here. The Twitter ghostwriting business idea is genius. It's incredible how much people are willing to pay for someone to manage their social media presence. And the potential earnings of up to $70,000 per year? Count me in! The van conversion business is another standout idea. With the increasing trend of van life, there's a huge market for customized living spaces on wheels. And earning over $40,000 per year by doing just four conversions? That's impressive. The 3D printing business concept is fascinating too. Creating niche products like outdoor offices and selling them at premium prices is a brilliant strategy. Campgrounds are also a lucrative opportunity, especially in areas where people are willing to pay top dollar for a memorable camping experience. Lastly, the idea of manufacturing niche products with high-profit margins and leveraging platforms like TikTok for marketing is incredibly smart. This video has truly opened my eyes to the immense potential of these unconventional business ideas. I can't wait to explore them further and see where they take me in 2023!"

Sorry but I feel sorry for people running to buy cars from auctions because usually they will more often buy trouble.
Best tip when buying a car is to do a search of the history, If it was ever sold at auction then avoid it.
