I am sharing my experience. Mujhe 1 saal ho gaya hai meditation karte hue aur bhaiyo sach me mein iski guarantee leta hu ki yeh aapko sach mein badal kar rakh deta. Mujme 1 saal me itki power aa gayi hai ki koi soch bhi nahi sakta. Pahle ek mahine tak aap ko farak nahi lagega par baad mein aap sach mein ek dum change ho jaoge.everyone should do it.. aur kuch log sochenge ki mein yeh like ke liye bata raha hu. Lekin mein aapki guarantee le raha hu ek mahina karke dekhiye🙂🙂

Bro pahle pahle to mujhe 5 minute bhi bahut lagti thi. But abhi mein 45 minutes karta hu aur mujhe pata hi nahi chalta hai kab time ho gaya. Bus karte rahna. Bich mein rukna mat 👍🏻👍🏻
