I really enjoyed the segment with James Clear. Atomic Habits is a really good book that gives some tangible examples and promoting doing a little bit everyday consistently makes a big difference in the future.

During Covid, a lot people panicked and ordered face masks from China but never got the product. Just FYI.
weird. the country the virus came from is the same country we bought ppe from.
Ive worked w china providers previously and 50% is due upfront and prior to it leaving the port they need the remaining 50%. If you're able to have a broker (like this caller does) to "hold" the funds, it does make things a lil more palatable but still can be nerve wracking.
