@@huntonthetrails I did it CW in 2009 and have often wondered how it would look ACW. It looks a HUGE climb out of Wasdale. I was routing for you all the way round. Awesome achievement 🦾
Our first attempt in 1986 by 3 Horsforth Fellandale members was also anti-clockwise. I supported on the section over the Helvellyn tops from Dunmail to Threlkeld.
What an inspiring video, not even something I would contemplate but even I was getting emotional at the end, even though I knew you did it in under 24 hours, as someone as already said, well done doesn't seem adequate enough!
That was one of the best videos I’ve ever watched on UA-cam. What an amazing achievement. I’m probably wrong but I’m certain I saw you late spring this year on Helvellyn?. If it wasn’t you then you have a doppelgänger out there on the fells. Very inspiring video.
Toby started for that very reason. 9am meant starting after a good nights sleep and enabled the night section to be done over the Helvellyn Hills which are possibly a bit easier.
It was a real privilege to be on the support team for this Herculean effort. Fantastic day.
Amazing achievement 👏🏻 great to watch the journey. Thank you for sharing!
Thank you, really glad you enjoyed it.
Amazing Toby, well done seems just a totally inadequate way of expressing the depth of your achievement - you're a hero !
Thanks Colin. Not sure about hero: the hero’s were the ones who got an old man round!
Absolutely brilliant. Amazing achievement and a brilliant film 👍
Thank you, glad you enjoyed it 😀

Fantastic. It seems to be not the done way these days. Toby did it so he could start in the morning and do the night section over Helvellyn.
Well done, Toby! Well done all the pacers and road support! 🙌
Thanks, it was a fun and memorable day.
Thanks Andrew - great record of an amazing day with friends 🙂🏃⛰
A day to remember 😁

Very inspiring video.
Thanks. Glad you enjoyed the video. You probably did see Toby on the fells. He did a lot of preparation beforehand. It was an amazing effort.
Why did you decide on anti clockwise and a 9am start? Most attempts seem to be night starts and clockwise direction?
Toby started for that very reason. 9am meant starting after a good nights sleep and enabled the night section to be done over the Helvellyn Hills which are possibly a bit easier.
