Which end of the oxygen generator does the Safety Cap go onto. I'm doing a project on the Value Jet 592 crash and am just trying to find out as much as I can about this system.
Mr. Engineer, does this mean that passengers will breathe pure, 100% oxygen in the event of a failure? Pure oxygen is harmful, toxic, will not cause death or serious health problems? Shouldn't normal air flow there, possibly slightly enriched with oxygen?
They have more oxygen for about 20-30 minutes, but 12 minutes are mire than enough to bring the plane from lets say 38.000 ft to below 8000 ft, where us humans are able to breath normally, 10.000ft is also in the limit, but to be safer, the are trained to sink to 8000 ft or below.
Very excellent video. I love this channel ❤
Thank you ☺️

I don't know what is safety cup, on one end you have the trigger and on the other is air outlet
😎excellent video 👍
Thank you

I had masks fall out of stowage panel, the small child on the seat tried to help and pulled the mask and fired the generator 😂😂😂
what about thet pilots? do they have longer oxygen or are they same as the passengers?

Hello sir.. We need the IDG replacement vid :)
I will try, As soon as possible I will get that work
Does the oxygen mask deploy automatically or manually?
Said it in video
They can be deployed manually but will also activate automatically.
@tomekwrs As I said in the video 😄
@@zeto.r yes. Very nice video. Thanks!
If you have access to more detalied data to explain certain things , i think you are a little bit more smarter than they :D
Let's say I have more knowledge in that case 🙂
