Watching your channel here on youtube has helped me figure out what I want to go to college for and that is lawn care and landscaping because when I graduated I thought I wanted to go to college to be and auto mechanic but I was not 100% sure and now I have figured it out and I love watching your videos Thank You Shawn and TQ for doing what you guys do and thank you for helping me figure out what I want to go to college for!

Using large plastic coffee can folgers 48/51oz works well filled about 75% full & 6/8 oz yogurt cup works great with gloves. tip can shake side to side for thicker coverage or more walkable areas. Use cup for throwing up stairs and longer distances. Much safer than walking with large bag of salt. using cup allows for more controlled throw and even coverage. the manual push spreader is useless on areas with little to no traction. also helps with estimating salt usage. by using cup you save wear and tear on your gloves.

Quick question for you. Do you charge extra for snow removal with a curbside leaf pickup? Just a thought. Looks like you can move around better with the new location of the chain on the hose.

What you could use also is a hand spreader. Similar to a grass seed spreader. May be easier when you are doing stairs or sidewalks. Be Safe.

Great video Shawn and TQ, I am plowing 2 inches of wet snow and salting because of refreezing! When you don’t feel like using the spreader you should look into an animal feed scope, I use them and they work awesome for salt!

You all are very efficient with that tailgate spreader
We had similar but less conditions from that storm here in coastal Maine.
Only churches and commercials required salt 🧂 🧂 so far here.
Next week back to leaf cleanups 🤷‍♂️🎅❄🍂🍃

    Shawn,
On your basic 99.00 curbside charge. How much time is allowed for pickup. We are using same price for about 15 min of time. We have also started adding in a disposal fee for our full clean ups. Leaves are hard work but you can really do well cleaning them up. Money falling to the ground, just pick them up. Stay safe out there.

Just curious about the salt you use. Up in Alaska a lot of people use a product called Ice Melt. People have had issues with it hurting their pets feet and causing pitting in the concrete, plus its about $18 for a 40 lbs bag. I've been using water softener crystals and have never had any pet or concrete issues, not to mention its $6 for a 50 lbs bag.

OMG Sean you're not going to live to retirement age working night and day I tried that didn't like it much LOL. I must have missed one of your videos what happened to your helper that you use during lawn season I had thought I heard you mention one of the reasons for the new truck. If anyone out there direct me to the video on why he is no longer there please step forward and tell Sean he needs help during the winter. And teq you are such a blessing the two of you together are so awesome but the two of you are risking your health I don't see how the two of you possibly can take on any more. Lifting those salt bags and then taking on the vacuum tube I hope you stay healthy wealthy and wise and get some younger to assist
