Definitely worth the money, for ps2 emulation you just need to tinker a little with with the emulators like this one to unlock the rg556’s full potential. If you are the type of person who just buy and use stock then you might be disappointed running some specific games. The amOLED screen is the crowning glory of this handheld, I can’t say that enough

At 11:00 This is "Dragon Ball Z: Budokai 2" not "Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 2". Tenkaichi games are 3d arena fighters and are on the PS2 and Wii but not the Gamecube. Great video though, thank you very much for making this!

I was able to download the dolphin build you are using and also followed the settings you had and now I can run NFS:MW. My only issue is there are some vertical lines (graphical errors) in the cutscenes. During gameplay there are none of those lines. Do you have any idea what I can do with that error?
@@BigRetroStudio yes during the cutscenes only. In game I get stable fps up to 60. What do you think is the problem? Because I don’t recall seeing those vertical lines in your cut scenes
🤔 when I play double dash the screen becomes darker idk why. Seems double dash is the only one with that issue. And for other GC games like Metroid Prime it's laggy AF. Mega man x collection the screen is like that of someone blinking. Not laggy but still. This is without adjusting the settings because idk what settings to set them to make the games run better. Now games like the PS2, PSP, dreamcast, etc they run great. Just the GameCube is the one that gives me trouble.
is the graphics engine, change from Opengl to Vulkan and see if the graphical issues are still present, it's a matter of checking more GC emulation on RG556 videos, good luck mate

For some reason when I play metroid prime certain graphics disappear and the map screen turns black and when I turn into a ball things won't load do you how to fix this issue?

Something about Hot Pursuit 2 on GameCube is just fundamentally broken when it comes to emulation, it runs like that even on my PC, which has some decent power to it.

So far, everything I’ve thrown at it has worked perfectly at 2x resolution.
How do you make luigis flashlight light less 3d like that and when I vacuum my vacuum has a white tornadoes coming out of it😊

Actually the gamecube version lags, but the PS2 version works great. So you can still play that game on RG556.

It's better to get a good memory card in the long run, for the video I used the one it came with and added games
