Smil, really? by no means is it a simple task to continue such a brilliant series, but at the same time I don’t see any reason to stop where it did... it sufficient, the circle is closed in a way, but I don’t see how adding another octagonal “circle” to create a sphere or a couple other circles, at first seemingly disconnected, afterwards creating a pattern or a chain might undermine the beauty of this first circle..

I interpreted it as commentary on how goofy Silicon Valley is. There was a trend a couple years back that the rich were doing where they only drank rain water, called it a raw water diet. I think it was alluding to that

This is animation for adults. No need for cliche rapid fire jokes, gore, shock for shocks sake or over-cooked stilted dialogue. Instead, the creators produced an aesthetically pleasing animation style, a compelling narrative with a great protagonist to root for and all in a condensed three part series format. We also got a twist and a hell of an ending! Fucking fantastic work!

This was such an impressive short series... it felt so much longer than the 12 minutes it lasted. It built a world and told a character driven story in such a concise package, while being heavily stylized and imaginative all at once. That and the Narrators voice was just... so sooothing. I want him to narrate my life.

Adult Swim needs to lean harder into this kind of surreal adventure. This is superb. It makes me laugh all the while speaking to something more human in a way I haven't quite felt since the promise of Rick and Morty S1, which it partially delivered on over the years but never fully realized IMO.

I never knew that three 3-5 minute episodes could tell such a longer, meaningful story. In this specific episode, I have to say that everything from 2:30 to the end covers the most emotion out of the entire series. The script is just so incredibly put together, and that combined with the “Soundtrack” just gives the viewers the emotion that the writers had.

Sadly this beats most shows on adult swim in terms of story payoff. You guys should just can brick and mortar and make wet city instead, and keep it to like a max of 3 seasons, there is such a thing as TOO MUCH of a good thing.
You want proof? One word, Tigtone.

wtf how is the writing so good, the sound design takes advantage of soround sound and the tone is concistant. I love the characters and this made me feel so many emotions in the short run time. lyiterally i would watch a 500 part series if it was ever made.

This is one of the best animated series I've watched in a while, to everyone involved in making it, thank you.

I loved every single second of this short adventure. And I'm glad that I was lucky enough to stumble upon it

    An experiment in time stretching?
Watching the end of this felt way more profound than it should have after only 13 minutes of animation. Like the end of a long film or story.
    Magnificent.

How is everything about this so good? The writing, the plot, the score, the narration. Also so many memorable lines in such a short project. Well done, truly.
