Can the end user see their inspection form after submitted? For example, I am the operator and complete and submit my form. Someone comes onsite and requests to see my daily inspection, how am I able to show them my inspection?

Absolutely Kris, anyone that enters an inspection should have the spreadsheet link provided to them. It is so you can show on request, as well as track and see entries and issues other operators had.

I would like to utilize this for monthly fire extinguishers inspections. How would I go about that. Would each individual fire extinguishers need its own QR code?

thank you ! right now i make it into telegram. but i want to ask you, Can the end user (Auditor External) see the inpection status after submitted? For example, I am the auditor EHS and i want to request and check the status of inspection. how am I able to show them (AUDITOR EXTERNAL ) my inspection WITH QR CODE?
