    Ex. In last squat video 1st point was really basic and later 3 Rd point was really advance

    hey, sidhant I had purchased your program it was really good, should i reduce weight or make my position better as now my wrist are hurting while using weights and straights bar?

      I’d say focus on the technique and execution bit in the start. Do some wrist strengthening exercises on the side.
      Once your execution and wrist strength improves then progressively load up the weights :)
      Remember, weight is temporary, technique is permanent🙌🏻
