    That is so true what you're saying we have to stop worrying about it and let God handle it put it in his hands and let him work it out so that we can be here for a long time like you said Amen to that

      Absolutely, it’s such a relief to let go and trust that things will work out in their own time. It’s amazing how much peace we can find by putting our faith in God and focusing on the present. Thanks for commenting!

    Worry has consumed me as of late. I am constantly tired and frustrated. I have so much, but feel like nothing. I wish I knew how to change this about my personality. Deep breath!

      I’m really sorry to hear that you’re feeling this way. It’s tough. But you know what you already took the 1st step to getting better by acknowledging it.
      Try to be kinder to yourself and give yourself grace. You can also start by looking to see what is triggering you to start worrying.
      Try talking to someone like a family member or friend or a therapist. Sometimes you just need a listening ear with no judgement.
      And if you feel like you don’t have anyone you can actually talk to, talk to yourself and or write it down. (This is where I started at first) you gotta get it out and not hold it in.
      Then give yourself a time limit ( I suggest no longer than a day you can do 20 minutes, 1 hour whatever you choose)to actually worry, cry, yell, scream what ever it is you need to do. Then find something else to do to take your mind off thinking about it.
      I would find comedy movies and stand up comedy to watch. And me being honest about it I couldn’t laugh or smile at first. but I started forcing myself to fake smile and laugh. And eventually it lightened my mood and for a moment I was ok.
      I also tried meditation. For almost a year I felt like it was pointless but then one day I did it and something changed in how I was feeling.
      You can try meditation or yoga, or even some breathing exercises.
      Remember you are not alone. It’s gonna take some time but keep going because you deserve to be happy and not have to worry.
      Love you friend ❤️

    Much much respect. I worked for the post office. I hated that job. 6 days a week. I was literally too tired to sleep. Girl I quit!!!! Between that sun and them dogs omg 😳. I worried everyday You’re a beautiful person. We were not put here to worry. ❤

    • @TheHealthyMentality
      @TheHealthyMentality  Місяць тому

      Thanks! Yes the post office is brutal. I quit twice this is my 3rd time back. The 1st two times I was a carrier now I’m a clerk. I quit in my mind at least 3days every week. Most people don’t really understand the physical, mental and emotional TRAUMA behind working there. All they say is that’s a good govt job. Don’t quit its great benefits and pay. But when you compare it to the stuff you deal with it’s NOT worth it.😢

      @@TheHealthyMentality definitely not worth it. I was a carrier. In the hood around stimulus time. When I tell you I was thru. I went immediately back to my desk job. Plus the pay is really just all that damn overtime. Took that truck and their mail back THANK YOU BUT NO THANK YOU. I’m really loving your content. I know it’s gonna be challenging with your job just be consistent ❤️

    Hi, I'm new to your channel, but i feel you on everything you said about worrying.
    Quick question...... What kind of camera are you using that follows you or tracks you like that while you're filming? That is so interesting.

    • @TheHealthyMentality
      @TheHealthyMentality  Місяць тому +1

      Hi! Welcome to my channel! I'm so glad you can relate to what I shared about worrying.
      As for the camera, I use my iPhone. But what is making the camera move and follow me is a auto face tracking selfie stick tripod. It makes it much easier to move around and still stay in focus. I got it from Amazon. If you want to see the exact packaging I show it in one of my videos.
