To answer your question to him about the importance of niching down; the reason it's so important is because most online marketing, to be done effectively, relies on automated systems more than anything.
The only way to scale your online sales and marketing systems is to automate as much as of it as you can, and that requires you to have predictability. That level of predictability only comes with niching down, so things can become "wash, rinse, repeat" thus, becoming scalable.

Let me give you an opinion of an ancestor been around for years and years and years we don’t want you entrepreneurs. We weren’t lawyers that got in it to practice law not people that get it to make money. Life is too short to only be care about money we want practicing lawyers, not businessman, practicing practicing lawyers, we do not want businessman. We want lawyers behind the highly trained professionals willing to pay for them. We do not want you dysmorphic Altorfer Nurs entrepreneurs I’m too old for this.
