- Our cycle ride across the tidal road from Ile de Noirmoutier in Vendee, France.
We waited for the tide to uncover the road and began as soon as we could.
The ride is between three and four miles and took us twenty minutes.
This is the whole trip, unedited. I've taken the sound off.

Cool - I always wondered what that route would be like. We always cut inland to Beauvoir-sur-Mer instead. Thanks for uploading!
Great. It's a fun thing to do. Check the tide timetable here passagedugois.com/crbst_5.html

Aujourd'hui je suis passé au goi
Very nice video.
Nuts
There are roads in India that go through flooded farms that remind me of this place. But I'd love to cycle on this dangerous paradise road. It feels heavenly
Really cool video! You were so close to the open sea, even at low tide, I doubt I'd have the faith to go the whole way!
Thanks brother love from India🇮🇳
Make sure to wash the salt water off
Congratulations 🥳
Not most dangerous
Love this video...just found out about this road today! Lol. Now I know it floods twice...so with this video, was the tide coming in or going out?
It was going out. Don’t try that one with the tide on the way in. The water rises too fast and it’s a long way!
@@peatvdb omg I can imagine and thanks so much
distance between which mile
Hi the road is 4 kilometer that is about 2.5 miles. From shore to shore.
joli
Exelent video and God bless you
c
It is very dangerous, but I love it.
a gdzie Mojżesz?
He got a better offer!
Why didn't you just wait an hour more so you wouldn't get soaked?
We didn't get soaked, just a bit damp around the ankles. We had a fair few miles to do that day to get to the next campsite across the Loire, so we went as soon as we could :-)
What if you blew a flat
Ha :-) Repair or walk. It's not so far to the shore. But you wouldn't want to start too close to the return of high tide.
No curvature the horizon is a straight line no curveture
Thank you for the video and the earth is flat
hehe
