- We are so stoked about about purchasing our first house and even more stoked to move in + start making it feel like home! Before we get to that we wanted to film a quick house tour to share how the property looks just as we bought it, plus we think it will be fun to look back on years down the road!

When you take down the wall paper you should save a couple pieces and frame them! They make cute memories of the house when you first moved in :)
POOL TABLE! And an insulated quadruple garage??!! This house is AWESOME. SO MANY CONGRATULATIONS ARE IN ORDER!!
Obviously this is a starter house for them and the decor isn't modern but this is a really fantastic home!
Wow it’s much bigger than I expected! All that basement space is amazing!
Y'alls wallpaper is AMAZING (as well as the rest of the house). You should try to find a way to preserve small patches of the wallpapers and use them to pay tribute to the original owner!

personally what warmed up my heart the most was seeing bryce get all hyped and just looking out at the huge garage(s) 🤯 after going from the past one it must feel so surreal, so happy for you guys and can’t wait to see more renovating videos!
small suggestion: what if you guys switched where the pool table is to the first area where you come down the stairs and then make the movie area where the pool table currently is. Then you have more wall space for couch and tv or projector across from the couch.

Okay... now... after seeing the entire house tour... I'm even MORE friggin jealous!!!! LOL Ahhhhhhhhh, to be your guys age again, and to think about all the awesome stuff you're going to do to make that your "Home". You have sooooooo much "entertaining" space, inside and out! I foresee some awesome summer parties in your backyard area with cook-outs for you and your friends, fireplace going, you guys doing your skateboard thing on the mini ramp, tunes bumpin, pizza filling the air and great times with awesome friends! So stoked for you both!!!!

I think keeping the plaid wallpaper in basement, but painting red bottom white to brighten and make less Christmassy would be cool. Every home I’ve been in, paint and change lightbulbs, it is so simple, but makes all the difference! Good luck on this cool new journey.

The best way how to get the wallpaper off is a steamer, it heats up the paper slightly and it just comes right off, saves hours of struggling!

Tip for wall paper from someone who removed it millions of times, peal off the top layer and it will normally leave a paper backing that you can spray down with water and scrape off with a credit card/gift card leaves less damage then using metal scrapers
It took me so long to take down wallpaper from a super tiny room. I had to use a steamer to help get it off.. but my pap also put it up a strange way. Hopefully you guys get yours off easily! Love the house and I'm super excited to see what y'all do with it ❤️😊

so exciting! if I could offer a bit of advice, where Hailey said to knock out the wall would be a PERFECT area to put a bar. it’ll open up the kitchen and add tons of seating. just my 2 cents :)
