hey guys! Today I am finally bringing you a what i eat in a week video as many of you guys requested it. being a student it is often very hard to stay fit and eat healthily, but I always like to try my best.
Of course, I have my bad days where disordered eating habits occur, but this is my way to recover and step out of my comfort zone.
To be honest, I was very hesitant in uploading this video because I was so afraid of people judging me eating too much, and it was very nerve-racking to edit this video because my brain was just constantly telling me some thoughts that nobody should have.
Please, if you are struggling with this kind of things or constantly comparing yourself to others, please don't, and please seek help if you need it.
I love you guys, and I hope I can inspire you to fuel your body in the right way.

@superioryena it's not though? it's great she's so healthy, but she literally states in the video that she is trying to restore to a healthy weight, meaning she's not at a healthy weight at the moment, so.
But a recent study showed that skinny people have 'skinny genes', which means that your body's overall weight and body type is determined by your genes. But hey, you can still change your environmental factors by eating a bit more healthy, and starting by working out a little everyday, till you get into the habit... :)
@renjun enthusiast i'm not sure if i'm just misreading your comment or not, but just to be clear, she's not just trying to restore a healthy weight for her age and height - she is trying to fix her (unhealthy) eating habits and presumably mindset. especially if you're a teenager who's still growing or if you have a specific body type, as long as you are eating a balanced diet and getting enough energy and nutrients to sustain you in daily life, you can be healthy slightly outside of the official healthy bmi range. but she has specifically said that she used unhealthy methods to get to the weight that she is, so I don't think it's accurate to say that *she* is healthy at this bmi.

Sis let me tell you, you are not eating too much in fact I'd say you even eat too little. I struggle with an eating disorder as well so I can really understand your feelings and thoughts. Try to remember that life isn't just about food or about the way you look it's about so much more than that. I hope you'll get better and remember to keep your head up!!

This was an amazing video. I too have issues with disordered eating and tend to think negatively but it’s nice to see that you are doing well with your eating habits. I really love your portion sizes and the wide range of foods you eat! This video gave me a lot of recipe ideas that I want to try and they all look so yummy and healthy! I see comments about people who feel bad about that they are not eating healthy like Nuria ma. But please, don't ever compare your eating habits to others eating habits and never feel bad about something you eat. Food shouldn't be considered as something bad. Just enjoy whatever you eat :)

This video showed me that western culture is way too much into processed food and into fast food. Man, we need to eat more veggies like you do. Barely any of my friends like veggies.. (I live in Germany btw)
I always marinate my tofu so it taste better. i use: soy sauce, olive oil, water, paprika, oregano, rosemary and garlic pouder (as many as you want, but make sure it covers all the tofu). i let it sit a minimum of five hours. Then, I put the excess dressing in a bowl so I can use it to my salads or even my tofu when it's cooked. the marinated tofu i put it in the freezer and i take it outany time i want to eat it (this makes the tofu hae a different texture). but really, i recommend this. If you dont like tofu, try this recipy, it changes a lot the taste and the texture.

Before I found your channel, I was struggling with my weight because Im too skinny and everyone calls me anorexic when it’s just my metabolism. But seeing you being confident and look really pretty being just the way you are, it helped me a lot :)

Eyyy I love vegetables too! I'm trying to lose some weight so I've been eating barely any rice recently (i'm south asian) but I guess you seem to be maintaining a healthy body while eating rice and working out a lot so i'm going to try exercising more

Desde los 14/15 fui diagnosticada con diferentes mierdas como depresión y bulimia. Ha sido siempre una lucha horrible donde en un intento de salvarme terminaba peor. Había semanas donde en los 7 dias totales solo hacía una comida, otras semanas donde me mataba a comer. No salía, no hacía nada. Ahora tengo 20 y desde los 18 que estoy cada día superando más todo aquello, hace como un año que encontré tu canal y dios...no tienes ni idea de a qué nivel llegas a inspirarme. De hecho de tanto verte he cambiado muchos hábitos (ya tenía en mente hacerlo pero me has dado el coraje necesario).

Don't worry. Nobody's thinking you're eating too little! It's wrong to compare eating habits with others because everyone's bodies/needs are so different. I fall into that trap often too. Loved how real/balanced your meals of the week were! Also so impressed with how well you cook as a high schooler :)

I think it will be encouraging to your young viewers. You don't label your video as healthy eating, vegetarian, or environmentally friendly but it definitely has all those vibes. Such a stark contrast with how other lifestyle youtubers approach food. And I'm shocked how often the Spanish school cafeteria food includes tofu!

I’m 20 and I’ve always been stick skinny (100lbs or less).. but now I’ve been eating so bad in college and I’ve started gaining weight in my thighs.. I only weigh about 105-107lbs but I feel like I gained so much weight.. I really want to eat healthy again so videos like these really help me

Aww, I think you could compromise(haha I had to search this word!). If you want to cook (which I think you should, it helps you eat healthy and you can keeping track of what you put in your body. I'm just saying is it helps with your food choice, and it's good for both gaining and losing. remember to gain healthy!) ask your parents if you can help them and come up with meals you could all try (this works with my family because we all love to try new things, I don't know about yours.), or you can ask if you can cook with their watching(?). I started to cooking when I was 11(I'm 15 now), and I was very clumsy too, it got better when I practice. Also, you'll need to cook when you are older, so it's better to cook now. Good luck! (forgive me if some of this doesn't make sense, I think I did pretty well, but I don't speak english often, actually I did learn when I was younger, but I've lost some because I live in korea now)
