Willard Bay State Park is one of many incredible fishing and scenic reservoirs in Utah. It's species of fish include: small mouth bass, shad, carp, walleye. Get there early and fish the shelves for an epic sunrise and fiesty bite! The reservoir is blocked off but indirectly connected to the Great Salt Lake, so turn your fishing trip into a 2 for 1. The shelves drop off all along the South side, cast of the boulders into school of rising carp nibbling at the surface, cast a rapala along the shore for some bass or walleye, or tube jig 15 yards out and play fish roulette.

If you buy a fishing landing net, you can scoop them out of the water faster.. So they aren't just hanging out on the rocks/bank for you to grab them.

It’s the dirt road on the upper left side of the reservoir. Pin it on your phone and it’ll take you there. Pretty easy to find.

I guess you can because they are a nuisance, but there isn’t a mandatory order to kill them on Willard.
