Personally no, I have not tried adding or altering the helmets. The ROTJ helmet does seem slimmer, but from the production photos of the helmet I have seen the difference is not noticeable. These helmets are modified master replica helmets, the grey one is actually the prototype master replica helmet. They are slightly bigger than the real helmet, but are closest to the movie version you can get without having a GMH, So aside from the physical damage I leave them as they are. Thanks for watching
I wish,I could have a place to do all the work in making a helmet & all armor for a costume. I live in a very small apartment,and have no where to do such a build. Your helmet looks cool. What would you charge to do a helmet for me? Of course,I would do my own paint scheme.
