PANTRY MAKEOVER UPDATE, IS IT MAKING LIFE EASIER? BRAN MUFFINS, RV kitchen, RV organization, RV life

I am back with my friend Ann, checking up on her RV Pantry Makeover. I wanted to see how the organization was holding up and if she was still satisfied with the results. So come with me ‪@soldonrvlife‬ while I bake up some Bran Muffins and take them over to Ann's RV. Little Rue the Yorkipoo puts in an appearance too!

BRAN MUFFIN RECIPE:
feeds 1 million ! Well, maybe not that many, but be sure to have someone to share them with!
full recipe, may be halved!
#1 3 cups sugar
2 cups 100% bran cereal flakes
4 cups ALL BRAN
1 cup shortening
2 cups boiling water
pour water over above items let cool
#2 4 eggs add to #1
#3 1 Qt buttermilk
5 tsp baking soda
5 cups flour
2 tsp salt
Add wet and dry ingredients alternately
#4 Mix just until blended
Refrigerate until baked
Makes large recipe and can be stored unbaked six weeks (original recipe?? use your discretion)
Bake in tin or use muffin cups
350 degrees 15-18 minutes
