You might have received the date & time according to the UTC time zone. You can change the time done using the Date/Time Formatter action.

It is just used for scanning the QR to get through the Form directly.
Extension in not installed
You can install the Pabbly Connect Webhooks extension by going to Extensions --> Add-ons --> Get Add-ons --> and Search for Pabbly Connect Webhook.
