My first overseas travel, and it's solo. 3 weeks in Portugal and I'm afraid that's not enough time. The only time I'll rush is catching connecting flights and trying to use the 72 hour Lisboa card. The rest of the time I want wander and take in the air of that country, get a feel for it beyond first impressions. I guess that would take years and years, but I have 3 weeks. Thanks for your tips. I'm partly travelling as many travelers probably do, for themselves, but also for those close who were never able to.
@@bookretreats Thank you. I've decided to stay around southern Portugal; I hear there's rain and cold in the north, and that the mountains, dangerous this time of year, are even more prone to mudslides because of the wild fires. I wanted to visit many places in the northern areas, Porto, Braga, Coimbra... Tonight I begin booking my accomodations, my first nights in Lisbon, and my final night, also in Lisbon for an early flight out. I haven't decided the inbetween yet, but Evora and somewhere in the Algarve.
Great advice.
Woohoo. very aazing -))
Have you solo traveled before?! :)
