how does it look today, almost a year later? has it faded or chipped? thinking about doing this to a camper i just got, either this or taking it in to get Line-x
@MaxF - so 7 months later how is it holding up? and fading? I had herculiner in my truck bed once and it faded badly...like after about 6 mo it went from black to charcoal grey... so im slightly leary on redoing a old camper i just bought in raptor. Has it faded any? thanks!
@@MaxF01 you’ve got a bunch of questions to respond to on this video, like on what spray on you used, how many bottles you used, how it’s holding up now, etc. Inquiring minds would like to know!
Seeing that it’s been a year since you posted this, how has it held up in the elements? I’m curious about how much the sun will cause it to fade or crack.
Is it still holding up well? I have an 11 Ranger, and I have a cap/canopy/topper/shell (I don’t know what you call these!) for a ‘93 Ranger which should fit, and this is exactly what I’ve looking for, so thank you.
That looks like a brand new topper. A lot of work but well worth it. Great job !!
Yea its crazy how big of a difference it makes!! Thank you very much!

Wow Max that came out nice, does that stuff come in different colors? You actually had some help on this project 👍🏻 great video!!
Thank you!! I believe you can tint it to be different colors, haha yep my brother and my Buddy were able to help which was really nice!

I’d like to know as well.
How is the liner holding up? What grit sandpaper did you use? Thanks
Holding up good! I think it was a 150 grit

How is the darker color with heat absorption? I'm considering using this on the top of a pop-up camper. Open to feedback.
How many bottles did you use for the 2 coats of Raptor??
Thanks!
Max, what spray gun did you use for this? I'm doing the same thing and would rather spray vs roll. Thank you!
It comes in the kit
What spraygun did you use, I like the regulator/gauge. The one Raptor sells does not have that.

Ita holding up very well, no fading or anything yet. I would highly recommend it, good luck to you if you do it!😁
How many bottles of raptor liner did you end up using?
I just did my truck bed and used 4 bottles. I m thinking of doing my cap this way too. I would think same amount for a cap. JMO
Turned out nice im about to do the same thing
Thank you and i hope yours turns out nice as well!
Ty I appreciate that
Does this add any significant weight over the standard body color paint?
This looks really good im hoping to paint a ute canopy with this, but i think i need to cover about 9.5 m2
That would look great on a truck, too. Came out great
Thanks a lot and i agree!
Came out great! Looks bulletproof.
Thanks a lot man!! 🙏🏼
