Hey hun, this video was SUPER helpful 😁also, when you do the leg press machine make sure you don’t extend your leg fully. You can hurt your joints that way. Leave a slight bend in your legs when you push out❤️
Hm. We have actual sweat glands in our scalp, so I'm not sure how the head band would actually help, other that preventing scalp sweat from falling on the face
I have 4a/b hair and primarily do wash and goes. I pull my hair up into a loose high puff and for my hair personally I have found that if my hair isn’t moisturized it will not fall back into place. But if it is moisturized the puff is no issue at all. It doesn’t look good since it’s so loose it flops over but I’ve just determined there’s no way to be cute in the gym. Lol. You just have to get the work done and look nice after.
I almost turned this off when you said you don’t sweat a lot 😂! My hair is drenched when I leave the gym! DRENCHED! I’m going to try the headband you suggested although I’m not sure we have the same struggle
Thanks so much for this video. Sometimes it’s hard to choose your hair or your health but you showed we can have both! Great tips! I’m definitely going to look for that sweatband and keep the hair off of my neck. 🤩🏃🏾♀️
👍🏼and yes the dri sweat work wonderfully and I have to keep mines on even after done with work out until my body totally cool down. Thanks for the video. Hair looks good girl❤️
Thank you for the tips! You are so right, we can workout and have good health and also do things to make sure our hair still looks good, and is maintained in the process ☺️
This video came just in time. After 7M of struggling I finally mastered the twist out. I am so afraid to workout this week because I didnt want to ruin it. Any advice on how to preserve hair while biking? The helmet alone cause crushing, plus the sweating.
Girl same. When I do cardio for just 30 mins I have sweat pouring down my face and at least 2-3 inches of my hair from the root is drenched. So I have to wash my hair daily... 🙃 🙄
@@MariaDeBBY1 right Like i do twist outs and even just walking in 95 degree heat for 20 mins gets my hair all sweaty and then ill have to wash it at that point
I notice some people can’t help with their hair sweating out. My man can walk in with fresh twists but his roots always puffs out no matter what. I don’t sweat that much in my scalp so mine at least last 3 to 4 days.
Lol girl you got a sexy glisten! My hair literally cannot be on my neck at all. I sweat way too much for that! And afterward i still have to blot my scalp.
Idk how to maintain because I sweat like a man during my workout and then I hit the sauna for 30minutes. My scalp burns from the sweat after each workout [5 times a week].
I was looking for a video like this! Just tried the sweat band on my protective style and was wondering if it would work once I took my twists down. Thank you for sharing this!
I was Waiting for this!!!! Thank you!! I already have the sweat band....I Can tell you, it Does help! It might not catch everything, but it definitely helps👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾
Love this! I workout 5 days a week and that is the exact head band I use! Don’t have the scrunchie. ☹️ I also use the sweatband when I wear my twists too.
I thought you were also going to talk about hair care after a work out, such as removing salt and sweat from hair or scalp. I drip sweat. It seems that you don't refresh your hair after a workout. I do agree to choose health over hair. Thanks anyway
Damn you bad and my bm kinda look like you.. i need to go make things right, plus my hair grew back too, preciate these tips and them hip thrust. i didn't know thats what that excise was for. Just saw women always doing them.
Oh naw where the, “What it dooooo, wassuppp, and a aye aye aye AYEEEEE 🎶” 🤣🤣 and the smash that like button music 🤨 that’s my favorite part 😂
Exactly!! I had to pause the video and say it to myself for her!🤣😂
She might have been rushing to post this one...thats ok...we got her back!💪

This came right on cue!! I took my twists down today and didn’t want to workout since i had a fresh twist out, so thank youuu💕 (no more excuses lol)

I cycle and I sweat a lot! Did you try the headband? If so how did you like it?
I've needed this video in my life! I'm a high school track and basketball athlete so this is great!

You're so lucky. My scalp sweat like a horse in a race and my roots get so puffy . Thanks for the tips.
Mine too! 😥
I sweat a lot though. And starting this week I'm going natural. I hope this works for me
#CrysGang!!!🙋🏾♀️💗 Yes I'm here for the tips. Going to start working out again.
I sweat like crazy and my hair is normally soaked after a workout, you’re lucky lol
Same! I sitting here watching & I’m like my hair is still gonna sweat 😂
Me too, my hair gets soaked and super dry. I have learned to put Shea butter on it while it's wet with sweat and it helps with the root crustiness.
Me too! That’s why I’m here cause it’s causing dryness.
