There is no need to hold that "Target champion only" button anymore. It's a toggle on/off now, press it once, you'll only attack champions, press it again, and it's back to normal. But you have to activate it from the menu though.
How do you activate it to be toggle on/off?
You'll find it in the "Game" options, it's the last option.

only in comps where you cant oneshot anyone. lichbane gives more burst but after 2-3 auto's nashors outdamages lichbane. lichbane is better in most cases tho

i think he does it for the 20% cdr mainly but attack speed on ekko also helps because a lot of times your fullcombo doesnt kill people and then ur stuck with your w passive kill them which nashors tooth boosts up. don't know how he chooses when to buy it tho.
When he's fed he'd rather get the power spike with lich and dcap instead of plain old nashors. Thats what I think
