Your videos from Iran are such a joy. I lived in Tehran with a Persian family for 10 weeks in 1978 as an AFS exchange student. I recognized so many things in this video, especially when you were trying to cross the street. Drivers in Tehran don't believe in lanes! 😆

one other thing that you could mention drew was that from north to south we have diverse skin colors( ppl are mostly white in the northern part and mostly brown in the southern parts) but we never have had any problem with that cuz we all believe that we have the same heritage. usually the first question that my american friends ask me in discord is that if the people of different colors get treated differently in iran so thats why i said that.

Watching your video made me realise how much I missed Iran. There are a lot of misconceptions about Iran and showing raw videos like this makes people understand we all are human. Iranians are incredibly kind and friendly they love Americans. It’s hard to send their message through with all the politics. Just wanted to clarify something here about blue trucks, what that guy was trying to say is the truck drivers are from outer city and they are not familiar with “cities rule” or etiquette I guess, so people give them way so they can carry on with their day rather than getting into car crash or other kind of headaches. Oh God the crossing the street thing is soo true, my first time in Iran outside Tehran Railway Station I had to cross the street so I just stood there for like 10 minutes hoping they'll stop but no they just kept going and this older Iranian man just came next to me and started walking and the cars stopped that was crazy.
Just a tiny correction, the working hours are typically from 8 to 4 or 9 to 5, Saturday through Wednesday plus 8 to noon or 9 to 1 on Thursdays. The guy in the video was describing the working hours for some specific government jobs, which tend to be shorter. Great video BTW!!! 👏🙌

Persian is the correct way to say in English It's the same thing as you don't say German people speak Deutsch in English they speak German or Spanish people speak Espanol In English you say Spanish or Greek people speak Elliinika ( Hellenic ) they speak Greek You don't say Earabiun ( Arabi ) In English you say Arabic same thing Japanese French ...... 2. Iran land size square feet is 17th biggest country in the world. Which is relatively big country considering, of course it's much smaller than US or Russia. state of Alaska and Iran are almost the same size. Alaska is the biggest state in the Union they have a saying up there, they say if you break Alaska in half is still bigger than Texas which Texas is biggest state in lawyer 48 or mainland. Thank you.

There are a couple of places you may want to visit while you are in the region, one is the Kish Island. November or December would be the right time . The other place is Tel Aviv . Tel Aviv is also very traditional and beautiful. Take care and have fun

There are a lot of misconceptions about Iran and showing raw videos like this makes people understand we all are human.
Iranians are incredibly kind and friendly they love Americans. It’s hard to send their message through with all the politics.
Just wanted to clarify something here about blue trucks, what that guy was trying to say is the truck drivers are from outer city and they are not familiar with “cities rule” or etiquette I guess, so people give them way so they can carry on with their day rather than getting into car crash or other kind of headaches.
They drive risky as if they have a second life haha

Just a tiny correction, the working hours are typically from 8 to 4 or 9 to 5, Saturday through Wednesday plus 8 to noon or 9 to 1 on Thursdays. The guy in the video was describing the working hours for some specific government jobs, which tend to be shorter. Great video BTW!!! 👏🙌

1. Farsi ( Parsi ) is for the native.
Persian is the correct way to say in English It's the same thing as you don't say German people speak Deutsch in English they speak German or Spanish people speak Espanol In English you say Spanish or Greek people speak Elliinika ( Hellenic ) they speak Greek You don't say Earabiun ( Arabi ) In English you say Arabic same thing Japanese French ......
2. Iran land size square feet is 17th biggest country in the world.
Which is relatively big country considering, of course it's much smaller than US or Russia.

Alaska is the biggest state in the Union they have a saying up there, they say if you break Alaska in half is still bigger than Texas which Texas is biggest state in lawyer 48 or mainland.

1) Food resembles a lot like currys and so on
2) Hair transplant surgery is much cheaper here too maybe even more than Iran

4) We too always/mostly add ketuchup on Pizza as kindaa feel the taste incomplete without it

There are a couple of places you may want to visit while you are in the region, one is the Kish Island. November or December would be the right time . The other place is Tel Aviv . Tel Aviv is also very traditional and beautiful. Take care and have fun

Actually Iranian and Arabic calendar may hav the same start but Arabic years are 10 days shorter since they use Lunar calendar that depends on the moon while us Iranians use Solar Calendar which is an accurate year (a whole turn of earth around Sun) just like Western calendar
