Also of note- it looks like the separation between words in Morse is represented by 7 dots, which means either A) Jack didn’t want to make it too hard for us to figure out or B) His words are all running together because it’s stream-of-consciousnesses. He’s in a coma and he has no control over what’s going on, and everything is running together and he’s disoriented.

What the fuck, dude? Jack isn't in a coma, he's literally fine. This is one of those things where he puts in stuff to make you excited to watch more videos. This is pretty much a prank. I can't believe you guys actually believe this shit. You're totally overthinking it, christ. It's like when he puts in Anti to make fans keep watching. Also, at the end, "Chases" voice is actually Jack's. Jack tried muffling it to make his accent less prominent but I can still clearly hear it through the muffling. You guys are totally thinking too much about this.
Jack, if you liked the last part of this episode, then you should DEFINITELY play Narcosis. It is a deep sea horror game, and it has the exact same feel of the end of Chapter 3, and it even shares some similar themes with this chapter, but I won't spoil anything just in the off chance you play it from someone telling you to in a youtube comment. :)

Jack septiceye 2 yeah. but he played it on the Vive. If he was to scared ti play it that way, there is a non-VR version available, and its definitely worth checking out for more than 17 minutes, as it is a story- driven horror game that takes a while to complete. I haven't seen a playthrough of it for a while, but I think it would be really nice for Jack to come back to the game.

In the Lab Conduct, they say that they "have to relieve pressure" when they start drilling. So he maybe had an accident/was attacked and has major brain swelling or bleeding. After the surgery, in Station Process, they are prompting signals in his brain but his body isn't responding (so he is translating them and sending them back to the "machines"). They turn to begging him to come back and I feel like the noise is (similar to an ear ringing from a flash grenade) how it must sound to flatline.
They say if you set in a completely soundproof room, you can hear the roar of your blood rushing through your veins and the deafening sound of your heart beating. So what if that noise is the crash cart ringing through your body? Idk, now im rambling...

So there's a codeword "SACRIFICE" which just so happens to cause an error. That error just so happens to require that you leave the safety of your station. And fixing the problem also happens to activate a very loud noise.
It seems like a blatant means to attract whatever threat is outside at the expense of the station operator. A literal sacrifice.
Damn, now that's a good theory. I was pretty sure he was running a numbers station for nuclear strikes but idk what to think now.
Not only that, it stops at where codes are being transmitted for "all launch". And this was after two other successful launches, one called "Scorched-Earth", with 18 targets.
Looks like they kept us from blowing it all up.

here's a theory. James ation was drunk driving with his sibling Jennifer to their family home. The car crashed and Jennifer was trapped under the car (the woman near the end saying james its so cold and i cant feel my legs and two cars seeming crashed in the snow during the walking level) James was sent into a coma, slowly waking up (AKA the GCS signals station 2 received) and now resides in Ward 4 (if you look closely in the walking level James's cabin has W4 which is weird for station 3, right? and on a barrel it says WARD 4). The logo that turns up (microfilm in this ep and a cup in the second) is the logo of the hospital or the make of his car. The machines or aliens or however you want to phrase it are his life support and he's beginning to remember everything. There are three stages, the 1st episode shows James as a boy but then as an adult coming back to the family holiday home after the accident. The 2nd episode shows James really finding out what happened. Episode 3 is James waking up. i don't know why James is scared of the machines, maybe it's like he doesn't want to wake up? The foghorn could be the alarm from the second episode and when they told him 'We're deeply sorry for what we did to you' in the second ep, maybe he's in a wheelchair? and the last episode is called 'the last session' so maybe it is a therapy to deal with the loss of his sister???

My theory is that with all of this, Jack, has been taken over by Anti, so Jack is locked away inside his mind in a way, hence the ‘where am I’ Morse. Last few videos, he’s been wearing a black tee, same one that Anti always seems to wear. The outro’s haven’t been completed since this started. The voice of Chase is also inside Jacks head trying to ‘wake’ him from all of this to fight back against Anti. In the first video of all of this, it seemed that Schneep came out and could have been working with Anti, then once Anti took over, he didn’t need the good doctor anymore.
Also the whispering at the end seems to say ‘pick a side’ a few times over, which would make sense due to the multiple ego’s returning
