You missed one point Nagarjuna garu! The movie is being made by two women and one man. That makes a huge difference. When the directors and producers are all men, then what? Will all the women technicians be equally given opportunity and security? This is one movie compared to many movies. Like throwing a stone in the ocean. Overall when it comes to mutual agreements not much can be done. But when women come to auditions, security cameras should be installed and at the junior artist level, there is exploitation which needs attention.
