one of the things against the 30W is that the prone locking mechanism is weak. over the 4 months had already 2 replacements. when the spring locking the system breaks, the pins are a bit loose....
It will not damage your battery. Even if you had a 1000w adapter. Your iPhone/smart devices will only draw as it needs. Think of you getting a cup out for you and getting water from a large fast river. The cup will only get what it needs.
It depends on your phones charging scheme. Most manufacturers will program their rapid charging scheme to rapid charge up to 50% or 80% of the battery's capacity and then trickle charge for the remainder which will take much longer time.
my anker 511 20 watt charger does like a buzzing/vibrating sound when (fast)charging my phones. i originally bought this charger just to charge my anker wireless earbuds and was concidering to buy the 511 30watt version afterwards for my iphone 15 pro . what i don’t understand is when i charge the case of the wireless earbuds with the same cable and 511 20w anker charger i used to charge my phones,it didn’t do the sound. the sound was only there when i first charged my iphone 15 pro to test the charger and after i heard the sound i tested it with my old samsung galaxy s20 too and it did the sound aswell. is this a normal thing or not? can someone explain why this is and if i should be worried or not? also if i used a 511 30w to charge my phone, woud there also be the same noise? i am not sure if the anker 511 30w charger would be a smart buy to use for charging my iphone 15 pro or if i should just stick with the apple 20 or 30 watt charger some advice would be really helpful, thanks in advance :)

For the Samsung phone even with the 30w (super fast charging) it still said it would take 11minutes until full, just like the 20w fast charging
