I've been a Toby Keith fan since I was a kid. I grew up on country music. My parents loved Johnny Cash, Patsy Cline, Waylon Jennings, Willie Nelson, etc. Love to see more people embracing and enjoying country music these days. Every song is a story. Sometimes sad, sometimes happy, sometimes funny. But always a story. I remember when everybody described country music the same way... It's all just, "My wife left me and my dog died and my truck broke down" But country is a lot more and I'm happy to see more and more people realizing that. RIP Toby, you were one of the real ones.
Toby Keith "Waymon's Song, Crying for Me" Toby wrote this song in memory of his close friend that lost his life to bone cancer. The official video is Awesome!!
i loved his sense of humor so much. this is one of my favorite videos but whenever i recommend it to someone i have to tell them "please trust me on this, i promise it's not what it looks like"
Thank you for continuing to honor Toby. This, and so many songs you’ll hear Willie Nelson in the background. More Epic Songs/Videos: Whiskey Girl Crying for Me Shouldn’t Kiss Me Like This
Toby has an old song/ video that explains his whole beginnings in music. It's a great rocking country tune. It's called HONKYTONK U. Check that one out Hoss.
Toby Keith had some great songs so whether you need to hear something heartfelt, patriotic, romantic, sad, melancholy, inspiring, thoughtful, or just plain funny, yeah especially funny, then Toby’s got what you need. My favorite songs by Toby Keith are Who’s That Man; Wish I Didn’t Know Now; You Shouldn’t Kiss Me Like That; He Ain’t Worth Missing; We Were In Love; Upstairs Downtown; Don't Let the Old Man In; How Do You Like Me Now; Made in America; I Wanna Talk About Me; American Soldier; Trailerhood; A Little Too Late; A Little Less Talk and a Lot More Action; and of course Courtesy of the Red, White and Blue. RIP Toby, we miss you!
What made this video funny is Toby poking fun at himself and turning a sad song into something humorous. I'm guessing the wall was symbolic for the way people put up a wall in relationships. But I died laughing the first time I saw the video because he flips what you think is going to happen into a way of adding humor into a sad and more dark song. And I think that's what stuck with me. When I heard the song on the radio the first time I instantly loved it. But the video isn't what you'd expect lol 🤣
For a man of 6’3” …130. Damn cancer. It did the same to my husband years ago. When I saw the most recent pictures of Tobie it reminded me and I felt for his family…

Brings to mind an old saying. 'Never interrupt your opponent when he's making a mistake.'
I love Toby Kieth’s sense of humor! Sometimes the videos make the song so much funnier. Trailerhood is one you gotta see.

Toby had the best songs lol. You could not help but smile
Toby put way more effort into his music videos than anyone else in country music. It’s like he wrote each song with the video in mind

It's kinda like when everyone plays all of your songs the day after you die. I guess it was "Just a little too late".😅
