Yes you missed some items. Coffee grinder and Top Quality Whole Bean Coffee, French Press, Kettle, Spare Phone chargers, LED Flashlight, hand vacuum, emergency gas heater and extra white gas for heater to last 24 hours in case of breakdown, Sleeping bag rated to -40°C, 12V Electric blanket, Mattress Protector, Premium Pillow top mattress, Heavy Duty semi-truck grade jumper cables as long as 25FT, Everything required to re/re trailer air hose and glad hands on the back of your tractor, spare glad hand seals, spare air line fittings kit, every type of specialized tool needed to emergency adjust all types of slack adjusters, Spare tire chain keys, Emergency Flares for when weather is so poor that triangles won't cut it, Spare parts for truck and trailer - lights, bulbs, fuses, brake chambers, slack adjusters, cage off bolts and 5" long caging socket, alcohol de-icer for air lines, propane torch, a second cheap backup cellphone, Straight on Tire inflation chuck good for inflating inner truck tires, 50 foot of air hose with glad hand end attachment, a very strong pry bar, plenty of bungie cords, plenty of rope, and finally a bug out bag with all your emergency needs packed in case you need to bail from the truck fast. IF you're going into remote places with no cellphone signal your company should supply you with a satellite beacon so you can SOS for an evacuation. It could be several days before they find your body. If you're over 40 always carry baby aspirin with you, Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Fish oil, and Niacin with you as this will stop a heart attack if you feel one coming on and buy you time until you get evacuated.

I like a cordless impact, it has multiple uses. For me I pair it up with a 1/4” allen wrench to wrap the flatbed straps back up, saves a ton of time and wear on my wrists. Another gadget is the air line adapter from the seat to blow off the floor boards.

ICECO VL45 refrigerated cooler/freezer, will set you back around $550, worth every penny, runs on 12 volt, a solar panel on the roof will keep your batteries fresh and enable it to run continuously, as it requires very little power to do its job. I have had mine for near two years running in the cab of my truck. I did remove the passenger seat, installed custom 2.5" butcher block counters bought from Home Depot, cut to size, after ripping OEM plastic cabinetry out. I used 3/4" Pipe Nipple and Flanges to secure everything to the cab structure. Also have a Ninja Foodi Grill/Air Fryer in there... Along with electric skillet. Everything runs without issue on a Giandel 2200 watt inverter, also have two SunPower 110 watt solar panels on the roof. My APU rarely needs to run, fuel is expensive, solar panels are cheap.
