Nice video. Rava idli is a very nice, healthy and comforting dish.
But it does need a little leavening so that the rava can bloom. Either Eno ir cooking soda needs to be added to make the idlis light and fluffy, as it would not be fermented. If not, it will be dense, like steamed upma.
And lots more coriander leaves will also make nice..optionally I use grated carrots and dill leaves also.
We can make the premix for this by roasting rava and mixing other inredients except for the coriander leaves and store in an air tight jar / zip locks in the freezer.

Thank you so much for this recipe of instant vegetable idlis without eno/soda. I will surely make this. Something like vegetable upma in idli form with yummy chutney. 🤩 Preferable for old people like me who can't stand for long, stirring rava for making upma. Although I love upma. 🤗
