People seem to be blaming DSP for the lack of lines on Yena. Please correct me and provide proof if I'm wrong but I saw their "singing stream" on V app (basically just 30 minutes where the members just sang random Christmas related songs) and Yena basically just DID NOT song if it wasn't at least with one other member. For a very large portion of the clip she was just reading comments or making gestures at the camera. There was one song in particular where they distributed solo lines among themselves and she STILL did not sing at all. It almost feels like she's doing this to herself. In other words, I find it likely that DSP is not denying her of lines, but is trying not to burden her with lines that she feels she struggles with. As people have commented, she does seem to have a lower range and she still does her best to harmonize with the group with the vocal range she has. I'm not denying the fact that this may be a flawed mentality all I am doing is merely stating that this lack of lines is not the fault of the company nor the producer etc.

DSP has been in the industry for more than 20 yrs. of course they know what they are doing^^ They will eventually give Yena more solo lines when she's ready for it (more confident of her singing ability. FYI, she auditioned as a dancer, not as a singer), just like how it was with KARA's Hara - from getting tiny solo lines to finally debuting as a soloist ^^
I still love this song so much, I love this concept. This MV made me fall for April. Wish things could’ve been better for the girls, but the feeling of bittersweetness just makes viewing this hit that much harder.

I hope they made a final song for us in Chaewon YT Channel....
