Girls’ Invasion 울림 엔터테인먼트의 첫 번째 걸 그룹- 러블리즈가 데뷔 앨범 [Girls’ Invasion]을 발표했다. K-POP에서 가장 존경 받는 작곡가 윤상이 생애 처음으로 맡은 걸그룹의 앨범으로 알려지며 발매 전부터 앨범의 퀄리티에 대해 주목 받은 러블리즈의 첫 데뷔 앨범 [Girl’s Invasion]이 공개되었다.
타이틀 곡 ‘Candy Jelly Love’는 음악만 들어도 캔디, 젤리 같은 달콤한 맛들이 느껴지는 곡이다. 윤상은 “음악이 아니라 마치 달콤한 음식을 만들 듯 사운드의 하나하나를 세심히 골랐다”고 작업을 설명했고 그 결과 러블리즈라는 사랑스러운 그룹에 딱 맞는 데뷔 곡이 완성되었다. ‘Candy Jelly Love’의 뮤직비디오는 DigiPedi가 연출을 맡아 교실을 배경으로 러블리즈만의 독특하고 엉뚱한 매력을 화면에 담아냈다.
LOVELYZ, the first girl group from Woollim Entertainment has just released their debut album, [Girls’ Invasion].
Although just debuting, this album’s quality has been the talk-of-the-town among many music lovers as it was known to have been produced by yoonsang, one of the most respected composers in K-POP. [Girls’ Invasion] is yoonsang’s first ever girl group album which he produced.
The title ‘Candy Jelly Love’ is savory, where the listeners feel the sweetness just by listening to the song. yoonsang has mentioned that he carefully chose every one sound in the song as if he was cooking a sweet dessert. As a result, a perfect name-matching song was developed. ‘Candy Jelly Love’ music video was directed by DigiPedi to capture a unique and cutesy moments of LOVELYZ in a classroom environment.

Lovelyz discography is so well-done. From CJL to now, they've done quirky concept, mature concept, elgegant, bubbly energetic concept, all the while maintaining their signature sound and vibe. I think we are all very disappointed in Woollim, but we can't deny how much Woollim has developed Lovelyz brand musically.
Agree 100%, although woollim management sucks we have to admit that they hired some of the best producers in kpop, spacecowboy, sweetune, e.one, full8loom, lovelyz's discography is one of the best.

갠적인 나의 생각은 옛날 노래나 데뷔 초때 노래들은 안알려져도 명곡임. 그리고 윤상이 작곡한 역주행 한 노래, 옛날 노래인 아츄나 지금우리등은 처음 반주에 캐스터넷츠 소리가 들려서 더 생동감있고 귀여운듯. 지금우리도 윤상의 마지막 타이틀곡으로 작곡한 지금우리로 음방1위 찍은것도 럽리와 윤상, 서지음도 정말 기뻤을 듯

it can't be only me, but i love the older kpop concepts!! i really enjoy soft and pure concers like this without being overly cute, and i also enjoy mature and sexy concepts appropriate for an idol. (not every idol wants to be 27 and do aegyo.. but mature concepts are rare since they keept debuting idols younger) anywhos, lovelyz, gfriend, and old snsd songs were my faves and i just loved the concept!!

this is so nostalgic. this is the first lovelyz mv i saw. i came here after seeing the announcement of their disbandment. even though i haven't really grown with them thru the years, i am still and always be having my memory of candy jelly love during my youth. thank you lovelyz for all the good memories ♡

All of you guys that said that you guys are disappointed that Woollim is going with this style for their first girl group or that the Lovelyz members voices are a disappointment should remember that this is only their debut. You guys should have that in mind instead of Lovelyz who are Infinite hoobae so they would also be good just like Infinite. You guys should remember that when Infinite first debuted, a lot of people said that they're not going to make it and that their voices was not stable either. So I think Lovelyz would improve in time like Infinite does.

Jason Dinulos Funnily enough I actually love both the debut songs of Infinite and Girls' Generation. Maybe I'm just more drawn to the simple, pure-hearted concepts. I'm really getting sick of the badass, in-your-face swag/sexy image that seems to be plaguing K-pop nowadays.
Lovelyz's debut MV is beautiful, I agree. The title song may not be extremely strong but their album is worth checking out in my opinion.

I can't wait to see them on variety shows. :) This song can get really addicting after listening to many times, and some dance moves are really fun to follow along.

I also really root for Jisoo. Poor girl's going through a lot. I wish her a quick recovery and the very best for the rest of her career. It would be impressive if she joins in on promotions again shortly with her situation; I have a feeling she'll be strong enough though ^^

Agree too! Hehe. Ikr. Eventho we dont really know the truth yet but I believe in Jisoo. I will still support her and Lovelyz too! :) they deserve for more attention. Not just because theyre all pretty but talented too. glad to know that im not alone :) *highfive* but its okay for Jisoo to be absent from their debut promotion for awhile. Im glad that Wooliment take a good care of her. Like seriously she need to rest after what happened. Shes human too. Like what have Wolliment said Ji Soo has been swept up in absurd rumors and having a very difficult time. She is unable to regain stability or even go on stage.

I sometimes feel sad that they are so underrated but when I think about it they are just doing fine . Because the more popular they are the more pressure, enxity, and health problems they have. I like that they are healthy and doing fine.
