More damage early game, lower cooldown on dash, if you read what the Q ability does, you will see that you barely get any damage from leveling it early game

Xayah is the worst, but she is not played these days, so maybe not worth of a ban, so maybe ashe/kalista. Then, I think its all about personal taste, ban someone u just dont like laning against.

Yep always, E is more damage early game & lower cd on dash which is better than Q max early since it only gives like 5-10 damage per level

varus is a good ban right now, his lethality build is crazy broken and doesn't take skill to play
I always use ghost + shield on Nillah. You just use your flash 2 times this video and 1 is panic flash. I think Nillah does not need flash

Why do you max e?
E max is more damage early game & significantly lower cd on dash which is important, Q max early game gives around 10 damage per rank
