We need an indepth inquiry into hospital management by an outside body.
Have doctors never heard of solidarity and standing up in support of your colleagues? This kind of thing is only possible when everybody else ducks and hides!
This been happening for a long time now thanks to labour and Tories
Bosses label you as being negative. When the points you are making are true 🤬🤬
How different is it from Russia where dissenting people are made to disappear. Here in the NHS, whistle blowers careers and lives are destroyed. How differe😅nt are we from Russians or Chinese
It's time the whisleblower hunters were removed from their posts. The last thing we need is Wokes trying to cover up problems.
Wtong doing bosses are not punished rather pushed out to another lucrative and highly paud job via thevrevolving door!😅
It happens in all sectors, it's all about reputation and funding not patients or staff well-being. Whistleblowers get bullied out along with all their friends.
It's the management!
I think we need whistle blowing at our GP practices too.
Today I received from my GP practice a text.
Saying my BMI was high. I could go along for a free weight management program or be given vouchers for weight watchers.
Before Christmas I developed a bowel problem where I was going to the toilet up to 8 times a day. I was diagnosed with Diverticular disease and lymphocytic colitis.
Nobody has checked on me to ask if I've had weight loss....I was also advised by a consultant to try not to loose weight.
I worked as a nurse and midwife in the NHS in the seventies and it was just as bad then. I would attend so many women in labour in an eight hour shift, I had to drink water just to unglue my mouth so that I could speak. I would go back to the nurses home, I couldn't afford to live in a flat, and think "Is this it then?" I went on a sailing holiday and signed on as crew. Goodbye NHS
Not as bad as it is now
Good for you. I spent a long time on a sailing boat. Bet you're earning 5 times what you got in the NHS"ystem"
If they do this to Doctors, IMAGINE what they do to patients! Against my daughter will and against the advice of two doctors, she is forced to take unsafe treatment, suffering needlessly, but safe treatment that works for her perfectly is denied to her. She has been tortured day after day with an adverse effect medication to fit the claim that she lacks capacity.
That's why lucy letby wasn't stopped sooner.
7M NHS waiting list.
Don’t need more bureaucracy
They don't give a dam until it effects them. Then they'll complain
UK wasted £450bn on Covid 19.
This is one of the major proble,s set upby the torys this is what they do
BLOOD MONEY . OFF & TRIPLE OFF !
Not just Dr and patience to when the refuse basic treatments in when the psychologically damaged it is a horrible thing I understand where they're coming from because nobody speaks up for you alienated nobody does anything I'm so glad this is thing because I'm in desperate either by HS treatment desperate
