Hi Jeffery,
To create your own github page where you can store data: you have to first create a GitHub account, then create a repo, then add a new file to that repo that stores your code. Here's a good guide that breaks down the process: ua-cam.com/video/8Dd7KRpKeaE/v-deo.html
