No, because the input is what the user puts in, and number 1 = 10 and number 2 = 20 is just assigning values. I think this is right.

So in the question if it says to ask a value from the user then we have to use the input symbol to get the value from the user. But in that question the number 1 is initially 10 and number 2 is initially 20 so the user doesn't need to do anything...
